Super Momoi 64 Co-Op
For a better experience, use a Controller. Almost all types of controller works. Keyboard is fine too.

Old Version (Dead): v36.1 Latest Version: Deluxe 1.3
We no longer use the old version since the new client became much more stable and newer mods are not supported for the old version due to code differences. But if you need it, it's still here: https://www.mediafire.com/file/x1ttzru2n55jfwq/SM64coop_v36.1.zip/file.
- Go here and download Windows OpenGL version: https://github.com/coop-deluxe/sm64coopdx/releases/
- ROM: https://files.catbox.moe/0nzcuk.z64 (rename it to "Super Mario 64 (U) [!]" or to whatever you want)
Setting it up
- Open sm64coopdx.exe
- Drag the ROM to the screen when it asks for it and wait for it to compile.
- Launch the game from the .EXE
For version 36.1:
- Launch the game with coop-compiler.exe and click Play
At the Menu Screen
For Multiplayer:
- Click Join > Private Lobbies > type the password (at the bottom) > join the lobby that appears
- Feel free to change settings in Options to your liking or after you join lobby.
- Go to Camera > Enable Free Camera and Analog Camera if you're on controller or Mouse Look if you're playing on Keyboard.
- Go to Player and change your name (spaces are not allowed). Player Model doesn't matter.
- Go to Controls to change your keybinds/inputs.
- To have uncapped FPS, go to Display > Check Uncapped Framerate. It will increase GPU load though, so consider using a cap instead.
- For Borderless Fullscreen, either use Borderless Gaming or just press ALT+Enter
- For a Colored Name:
- Go to Player > Edit Palette > Have SHIRT selected in PART and use the slider or use a HEX code
Joining a lobby syncs mods with the host, so you don't need to download the modpack.
For Solo play:
- Download the mod, either Text version or Char-Select version: https://gamebanana.com/mods/478354 . No account needed.
- Drag it to the
modsfolder - Click Host > Mods > Enable the mod
- Type a random password or change host type to Direct Connection and click Host.
In-Game (If using Text version)
When in-game, press ENTER and type the following to be that character:
/ba [character]
Change "[character]" to:
momoi
midori
yuzu
alice
etc., case-sensitive. Type /help in-game to get a list of available characters.
Or Just go to the Mod Page to see the rest of the playable characters if the image isn't updated
- To access Options in-game:
- Controller: Start > Press R
- Keyboard: Spacebar > Right or Left Shift
Typing "nigga", "nigger", "fag", and "chink" will completely mute you from typing in-game and no one will see your messages until you reconnect. (Figured out by nmgkanon)

- If you are in a bubble, touch a player to get out of it. Theres also these inputs:
- Jump + Punch + Crouch = Teleport to nearby player
- Jump button = Ascend
- Crouch button = Descend
