LIST OF TRIGGERS AND CRITICAL ASPECTS FOR MY INTERESTS (as always, all links are safe! /gen)
🛑 FNF: the base game's plot is extremely sexual, but never explicit. there's guns in a couple weeks, 2 songs have disturbing lyrics/themes and one week has some gore. also one of the weeks takes place in a warzone. many FNF mods have disturbing content or sexual stuff or what have you, it kinda varies depending on what mod it is. specifically Hazy River has smoking, death and disturbing imagery while VS EXE is based on the titular Sonic.EXE so there's gore and body horror and all that. the Sunshine game over screen in VS EXE is particularly triggering, depicting suicide. there are also jumpscares
🚫 FNF: nearly every day a new controversy comes out. it turns into an ultrabummer really fast. if you get into it, avoid fandom interaction as much as you can. VS. EXE reportedly has a shitty devteam. revie was possibly framed (though if you have solid evidence to the contrary, please tell me /gen) and there are a Good Few instances of people on the team still interacting with Jesterfrog. the thing with the disrespect of Divide's work in the canned build is Yikes. overall stay away from the FNF fandom if you can help it
🛑 FATE franchise: blood, dark themes, disturbing imagery, claustrophobia, spiders. the works really. usual fantasy shit
🛑 Ristar: planetary devastation, offscreen enslavement. also, Planet Scorch's first theme has air raid sirens in it
🛑 Just Shapes and Beats: sudden loud sounds, dark themes, flashing lights. the flashing can be turned off from the options menu. it also makes you Really Mad Really Fast /lh
🛑 Klonoa: dark themes, depressing story. (pros: funny cabbit go wahoo)
🛑 Pac-Man World Rally: explosions and offensive caricatures. yes, this is real. Jungle Safari has track obstacles that are offensive stereotypes of black people. they never show up anywhere again, and have no reason to even be there. i am in hell
🛑 The Arcana: *Neil Cicierega voice, Sweet Bod bridge* it's sexuaaal (it's sexuaaal!)
🚫 Dokapon Kingdom: the characters in the towns are wildly offensive caricatures of different races, but other than that is pretty fine. tedious, annoying, repetitive. i only play the game for a single random event NPC and that's it /srs

🛑 Homestuck: abuse in many forms, multiple uses of the R-slur, ableism, many MANY deaths, sexual themes, references/allusions to incest and a fuckshit amount of others i can't even begin to list here. Does The Dog Die has a page about it if you need a more comprehensive list /gen
🚫 Homestuck: i hate the R-slur, the sexual themes are Super Weird in some cases, no matter what context i fucking hate incest, there's a point where the author self-insert thirsts over a teenage character which is GROSS as hell, etc. etc. i am extremely Homestuck-critical but it won't dislodge itself from my brain
🛑 Sparklecare Hospital: the name already gives a clue, but hospitals and blood and injections and medical malpractice and stuff. every volume has general TWs and every page with other warnings will prevent you from looking at it until you confirm you can handle that content by clicking on it. if you can't handle the content there's always the clean transcripts under the page
🛑 The Bikini Bottom Horror: gore, disturbing imagery, torture, body horror, "human" experimentation??? not actually HUMAN but it's Spongebob characters so they're almost human, cult stuff
🛑 Awful Hospital: blood, gore, body horror, disturbing imagery, violence, dead things, death and more death, needles, medical malpractice, gross shit, bugs, etc. etc. it's A Lot
Cirque Du Freak: horror, spiders, blood, body horror. the circus is also described as a freak show multiple times, just as a heads up

🛑 Inside Job: gratuitous swearing, sexual themes, alcohol, smoking, blood, mild gore, body horror, conspiracies. it's an adult animated show so be aware of that
🛑 Invader Zim: body horror, dark themes. if you know anything about Invader Zim you already know it gets kinda fucked up
🛑 Rango: snakes, guns, disturbing imagery, death
🛑 Epithet Erased: implied death, there's a terrorist organization, guns, swearing, implied PTSD, child neglect, pyrophobia, mentions of alcohol
🛑 JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: alcoholism, blood, death, body horror, sexual assault, animal abuse, animal death, etc. etc. and that's JUST for Part 1. enjoy with caution
🛑 Fool's Gold: animal experimentation, death, blood, mind control, severed hands
🛑 Friendlocke: it's a Nuzlocke. if you know what that is, you know why it's here. if you don't, it's when you let yourself get emotionally attached to your Pokemon with the risk of them permanently dying. guilty pleasure of mine since they always bum me out. also Season 2 has a sideplot video about when Derek accidentally cancelled Dream /srs
🛑 Lemon Demon: lots of dark topics and death, especially in the Spirit Phone album

🛑 Jack Stauber: also dark topics and death, but his lyrics are expertly nonsensical and it might throw you off
🛑 Sodikken: nearly every song is about something fucked up, like abuse or death, but they're also told in metaphors that can be equally fucked up including cannibalism
🛑 Ghost and Pals (vocaloid producer): every song has it's own warnings at the start of each video afaik. blood, dark themes, and trauma are pretty common ones
🛑 The Garages: same warnings as Blaseball down there, as well as direct talk of necromancy and deicide. still bangers though
🛑 Ghost (band): religious themes out the motherfucking ASS

🛑 Blaseball: catergorized as horror. players can be incinerated, the official Twitter accounts can get dark, the Blaseball Roundup is pretty dark too, interpretations of the players can get pretty fucked up so i'm saying body horror. mostly community-based content but it can absolutely get scary
🛑 Tails Doll: was made into a creepypasta icon. i prefer the original Sonic R version but creepy TD is also good /gen
