What does a bug report need?
Pictures of every detail
a video showing the bug/problem
Information about the device, platform, os
Information about the version of the program
information about the skill of the user noob/pro
easy test by the reader of the bug-report
other people with the same bug, problem should be able to add their form of bug , like , custom emoticon and comment
devs should be able to talk too either public or private (hidden posts only shown to devs)
what does a bug reporter need?

update after bug has been solved

stats:
total bugs reported, fixed, found
perhaps different layers of reporting in order to balance the problem: For example: I found a bug! And I only care to make a screenshot of it. So I just upload the screenshot with the program or game title and send it. hopefully even automatic. maybe after that i can get ping , request or comment as to what happened in the moment or any information about the bug. not to be annoying to devs, but just to share insight <<< Same with video
