Card Quick Why
UGM10-039 Goku (GT) The monkey of the hour, he is STA generation and a lot of PWR for the team on attack, with this deck he is 3k on the PLBP and 15k on attack, this beats UGM5-017 Goku as long he procs last, argument to maybe make him registered last on the deck in that case depending on how the SDBH 'stack' works.
HGD6-056 Baby Trunks We need something against Godku or UGM8 Cooler or the GRD generation from UGM9 Future Gohan in Black, UGM6-055 Vegeta (Xeno) would be perfect, if he didn't need a HA, this build is extremely tight so there isn't room for the HA without cutting into the PWR LV Limiter unit I wanted to flex with this version, sadly this isn't free from issues, to get the GRD/DMG reduction pierce you need more attackers than the enemy, and you're already running a supporter meaning 6 attackers is good enough to put this card to pasture. Could replace with BM7-SEC2 Masked Black but that means less BS for Goku (GT) and more HE generation for Demigra, and UGM3-045 Vegeta doesn't help with GRD and Cell is not enough to counter act UGM9 Future Gohan in Black or even UGM2 Gohan (SH).
BM8-065 Cell First he gets his super attack for free, then when he attacks he steals PWR/GRD from the enemy co-op group based on how much damage was dealt, can be up to 5k PWR/GRD from each enemy, when attacked you heal half of the DMG dealt, and then he has a PWR LV Limiter Unit with Goku and Super Hearts. Everything about this is useful for the specific brand of BS aggro this is, having high GRD, free super attack, a PWR LV Limiter is very nice for the deck, and his unique brand of DMG mitigation is very nice for a defensive pivot for the deck since no one's using UGM3-068 Vegito (Xeno) or other such cards that could impact the healing, the important thing is making sure he gets attacked since he has to be attacked which is in the deck with Robel.
BM11-063 Super Hearts This evovled lord of bulk is here to be a very funny unit member, if your team is attacked and its not Super Hearts, he gains PWR/GRD equal to half the DMG dealt and 2k fixed PWR LV. So with Cell's healing it's like having 50% dmg reduction but in a way that works really well with this card, and if this gets to the point to have more than Cell than he'll be attacked and not gain PWR/GRD for a round meaning by next round Cell should be back in charge, though that is rare. For math if the bs Co-op group hits anywhere from 1k - 4.9k, Cell only gains 3k PWR/GRD, if that's on a 3-man co-op group than he gains 9k PWR/GRD, for Hearts to outpace that you need to take over 18k DMG, if you break the 5k DMG threshold than Cell gains 15k PWR/GRD and you'll need to take more DMG than you have HP for Hearts to outpace Cell, and that's ignoring other factors.
UGM9-064 Dark King Demigra If an ally can't use a super attack, they deal 2x DMG, take 2x DMG, and generate 2 bars of STA. This is really nice since with Cell's free super attack, Goddess Robel who's in the deck can guarantee he'll be picked since he won't be taking 2x DMG, just make sure this card is registered before Robel so that order on the effects int he PLBP will go as planned. This 2x DMG can help with damage from CAAs as well.
BM6-062 Goddess Robel The mechanism we have to make sure Cell's targeted for attacks, she checks for who is the least susceptible for dmg at the PBLP, gives them 3k GRD and makes everyone on the enemy team attack them.
BM11-017 Goku BM7-SEC Goku was a mistake and this Goku handles with him while also increasing enemy CI speed, admittedly 10k PWR LV consistently can be an issue since that'll generate HE and thus turn off Dark King Demigra but this was the best Goku for the job and Super Hearts offered some fixed PWR LV to help with this if STA is an issue. One thing to note is that this can be hard to proc R1 but in subsequent rounds it should be fairly reliable.

UGM10-039 Goku (GT) Big PWR go brr.
UGM6-055 We need something against Godku or UGM8 Cooler or the GRD generation from UGM9 Future Gohan in Black and this card does that extremely well, only hiccup is that you need a HA with him which limits deck building freedom but well worth it.
BM8-065 Cell Our Robel target just as before for all the same reasons as before, just note that you won't have his PWR LV Limiter Unit to really guarantee going first for a specific round.
BM8-SEC3 Masked Black So this is your one flex slot, what goes here is simple. What do you fear? BM7-SEC Goku demands STA disruption, if its fixed DMG than you go with UGM3-SEC2 Jiren, maybe its random CAA/TAAs so you can go with UGM5-063 Aeos or ABS-16 Omega Shenron, PBBS14-03 Gotenks/PUMS11-02 Gogeta (Xeno) are there if you fear Hellfire God Meteor or BM7-050 Goku. And the options explode if you go beyond BS, fearing UGM1-SEC2 Goku, BM4-041 Adult Gohan's not here after all. If you fear nothing, than the next question is what do you want? Maybe super attacks, with the aforementioned Gohan is right up the alley, just make sure he's registered after Robel so that he won't trip up Robel's targeting of Cell. R1 Stuns? Fin is right there. I, wish to use this card because I think he's the coolest card in the fucking game and surely there's some way to play him to destroy the opponent, yes its anti-synergy with Cell since if he hits everyone, he won't be absorbing shit, the thing is that all I care is hitting BM7-SEC, anyone else is extra, and with the retargeting + how common Goku is, many a foul ningens should be slain by his Scythe.
UGM9-064 Dark King Demigra Makes sure that everyone else deals a lot of DMG while also being frailer than Cell, making Cell Robel's target.
BM6-062 Goddess Robel The mechanism we have to make sure Cell's targeted for attacks, she checks for who is the least susceptible for dmg at the PBLP, gives them 3k GRD and makes everyone on the enemy team attack them.
Hero Avatar The options for this include SS4 Female Saiyan because of her massive DMG for the team, 10k PWR as a floor + three best attackers get 1.7x DMG delat + 3 action abilities for after the CIs are said and done. There's also merit to the BS Android HA because of the UI-Omen PWR theft, the GRD disruption does mean less for Cell but might not matter in practice since that while he gains a lot of stats, he doesn't disrupt the opponent as much as you'd like so the -4k shouldn't hurt his GRD generation and the PWR theft is just more defense, if you fear for his GRD than you can swap to EL or HR for STA generation/CI disruption respectively. The BS Kai offers 500 fixed PWR LV to the whole team which can help in edge cases, freeze attack helps with defense somewhat and she has the highest HP possible. The BS majin makes it where if you have 7+ HE everyone deals bonus STA dmg and 1.3x DMG which can be really appreciated from time to time. BS Female Saiyan is heavy damage if you can go first while feeding Goku (GT) just that little bit. Even if SS4 Note's best, it's a lot of personal preference as well, leveling up HAs can be a brutal affair after all.

Other Cards Considered

One thing to note with this build of BS aggro, the slots are extremely tight, Goku (GT), Cell, Demigra, and Robel is 4 cards, without a HA into the mix, if you wanted Vegeta (Xeno) for the pierce, you just went to 6 because of the HA he requires, you've got one room for whatever it is you want. BM4-041 Adult Gohan would be amazing as a way to get super attacks with Demigra, but then what do you do when BM7-SEC Goku strikes? To get the unit for Cell, it demanded that the HA be cut and a replacement for Vegeta (Xeno) to be found or find some other way to retarget, which would be H3 Bojack and he's a one time effect. The inspiration was https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5cUlqV6t4Y where I had to do a double take on Goku (GT) checking, and boosting, supporters, hence why there's a bit of overlap but there's still a distinction because BS aggro could be built in as many different was as there are stars in the night sky. Also that video just showcases the type of damage a BS co-op group can do because that was filthy, keep in mind the damage numbers were at 10% dmg dealt (either from BM7-050 Goku on R2 or from UGM8 Cooler's DMG reduction R1).

BM10-070 Omega Shenron (Xeno) A strong stun tool that can be used at your leisure while also keeping Goku (GT)'s boost at peak, just remember that he procs the turn after you set him a supporter.
BM9-063 Super Hearts A versatile card that when a supporter, he lowers your team's CIs while increasing the enemy's, but while an attacker he seals the super attacks for all attackers that you (or your opponent) have more HE than is required. This can be used as a way to not only lower enemy DMG output but also keep enabling Demigra even after
UM3-038 Goku A r1 stun card that completely disables HE for the enemy, in case you wanted that.
PUMS12-SEC Goku This doesn't completely keep the enemy off of HE but still does it well enough while having more offensive pressure than UM3 Goku.
PUMS13-SEC Goku First there's the block burst which is fine to prevent specific cards from insta-killing you like UGM9-SEC2 Vegito or lock-ons from UGM9 Future Gohan in Black, then he offers PWR resetting in the instance everyone's PWR is set below 100, giving a floor of 10k PWR for the round while also giving free super attacks (not necessarily good but still not bad and definitely could be of use in a different BS aggro build), and then if any ally had critical STA at the start of the round, he fully restores it. Very good utility.
HGD1-16 Goku So the thing with Cell is that he only guarantees you to win the PLBP for one round, what if you could get that twice for a one-two punch of aggressive damage? Eternal Challenge has it where on R2 only, you gain PWR LV based on the DMG dealt in round 1, the DMG can be potent early on especially if the enemy is relying on UGM9 Future Gohan in Black and UGM10 Godku for the defensive profile, you won't be having many co-op attacks for Godku to stack his DMG reduction with R1. This is poor against BM7-SEC but it'd require replacing Demigra to get something to help with that.
SBPVJ2-01 Goku This has a similar ideas as the previous but instead of boosting PWR based on DMG dealt, it's 2k PWR LV per HE you have, and gives you 1 at the start of R2, this can be a lot of PWR LV depending on what you bring to the table, and like the PWR LV boost before, this gives you even more HE which probably means Demigra would have to go for a card that can help with early speed like UGM5-SEC Piccolo (SH), UGM3-068 Vegito (Xeno), UM8-SEC2 Gogeta (Xeno), or BM3-059 Vegeta if you want to stick with BS, UGM8 Shallot exists if willing to branch out.
UM1-017 Goku (HR) Same ability as before, Godhood Achieved, but this time its from the World Mission card that had it first, the god kamehameha is boosted by DMG multiplication so this could hit hard, especially with the 15k PWR boost which could help with the boosts he won't be getting from Goku (GT).
UGM8-057 Demon Goddess Poutine So this is meant for a brand of the deck leaning more into Demigra rather than Cell, warranting a different Robel and replacing Vegeta (Xeno), what she does is that at the start of the round, she does light STA dmg that increases if they have less than half HP, this means you get Demigra's unit which seals DMG reduction for everyone for the rest of the game while sealing all super attacks for this round.
ABS-023 Vegito (Candy) This can simplify the deck massively, cutting out Robel, Cell, Goku, and even Super Hearts if you wanted, for different cards while having the same idea.
