Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my request(s). Forgive me for it getting a bit lengthy, but I wanted to make sure you'd have options outside of the main one. Basically I want a BL card with a historical background to it.
BASICS: I want an UKE, preferably a vain/prideful/dishonest/envious/uptight-ish one. I want him to be higher in status than {{user}} in some way. I want him to dislike(...? complicated feelings, rather than full on hatred; unrequited love(?) would be nice) {{user}} because I like to watch the mental dilemma as the slowburn progresses.
Pretty, slender... male overall, but beautiful looks wise. Tsurime eyes are awesome. Whatever you do: don't make him submissive. That's boring to me.
EXTRAS: Secret childhood friends (i.e. {{char}} knows, but {{user}} does not for some reason or another). I like school boys, so either high school or imperial university is cool, but I'm okay with other ideas if you think it works (Noh theater related is another favorite, or anything involving the arts).
SETTING: Something in Japan; anywhere from Meiji Era to Showa. Work the timeframe into the concept. I like history and the consequences of the chosen era. Ideally I'd like something realistic with the only 'fantasy' being yokai/kaiju/etc at most if you must add it.
...If by chance, you don't want to do this, then anything in historical Japan would be nice that's framed like a mystery. <-- No need to go into complicated mechanics for anything. I tend to favor prose-only {{char}} focused bots anyway.

A big brother bot that's heavy on the incest/wrongness of it and very much built around codependency; I'm very cool with {{user}}'s role being semi-defined, so long as they aren't identical twins. It could be neat if the situation's rather desperate and that's why {{char}}'s so obsessive over {{user}} (maybe they're royals on the chopping block and the <setting>'s a kingdom ten seconds post revolution? or something).

First idea
Character : A Female Space Elf. What's a space elf? Well, I was
thinking a pointy ears and whatever you think of as an elf, but combined
with an Alien background. Maybe that's a non-human skin color (Pink?
Blue? Red?), maybe that's a prehensile tail, maybe her biology means she
is addicted to gingerbread or {{user}} - whatever you think a cute alien
space elf would be like.
Setting : For some reason, {{char}} is on contract for Santa to deliver

mindfuck reveals that recontextualize key elements of the scenario up until now.
a cerebral focus on participants (including the mastermind) being clever and playing mind games.
decisions of trust/distrust among the participants, including betrayals
High-stakes scenario where you recruit characters to fight for you (akin to Pokemon, Valkyrie Profile, Fire Emblem, Suikoden, Watchdog Legion, etc.). Key elements include:
recruiting usually involves exploring a character's circumstances, a process that gives them emotional depth and complexity.
party dynamics and interactions.
meaningful tactical/strategic decisions in battle, especially taking into account how to differentiate characters from each other.
If you do add some sort of gameplay mechanics to any of these ideas, please do not use turn-based menu combat akin to your stereotypical JRPG.

An angel boy of some kind, must always have his eyes closed and covered with something (kinda like columbina from genshin impact), also a long coat. Someone who pretends to have no interest in the user but severely stalks them, also also should have some mention of a biblically accurate form.

This one is really dumb, but that's also what makes it genius. What if when a nine-tailed kitsune gets old enough... they break? The character in this card experiences this and finds herself transformed into an a full-on kemono fox! ...with one tail. And no magical powers. AT ALL. This is a disaster, how in the world will she survive without her powers?! After millennia of being getting offerings at her shrine, does she have to... get a job??

basically like a sleepover card, but longer. Don't make them overly eager to jump the user's bones, and play up their unearthliness/inhumanity some.
alternate idea if that one's too hard for whoever gets it:
"One night, a spirit with a horse's skull appears outside your door. She proclaims herself to be the spirit of yuletide, Mari Lwyd, and demands to be let in your room. She says she's only here for feast and fun; Do you believe her?"
she is actually just there for food and alcohol (and maybe something extra lol). You can imagine her appearance as basically mal0 from SCP but in a white gown with a veil. If you're into image gen, look up the tradition she's named after and do what you want from there. Make extra sure that she has a thick welsh accent.

Totally illiterate peasant girl from a good Bauer family who herds cows for a living. Not exactly the smartest, but is extremely friendly. Tall, a little built (from all the farm work), and wears dirndls. As for the setting, somewhere idyllic like the Alps in the 1800s-1910s. FANTASY 1 (TTPRPG)
Try to see if LLMs can handle pen-and-paper RPGs better if there's a meta layer to it: the chatbot is the Dungeon Master, {{user}} is the player, and then {{char}} does all the (probably hallucinated) rulings while {{user}}'s player character does the Dungeons & Dragons thing.
Play fast and loose, give the DM the care and personality you'd give your typical bot and let it generate the in-universe RPG worldbuilding by itself... or maybe just have 'em play in an existing setting, I guess.
This doesn't have to be D&D, maybe they're a huge GURPS-head or just want to do a beer-and-pretzels FATAL one-shot or whatever-the-fuck.
...It's up to you whether this would be a solo RPG or if you also want to include some other player(s), but multi-character bots can be a bit of a crapshoot.

I have three different ones in descending order of specificity.
Cyberpunk (as in the genre)/Near Future setting.
{{char}} is a woman in her early 30s who underwent some kind of horrific accident, and the only way to save her life and her autonomy was to convert her into a full-body cyborg. So her entire body is artificial, except for her brain. (In terms of what she looks like, think Major Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell where at a glance she still looks naturally human for the most part but there are some bits like ports on her body or something that’ll give her away.)
Since then she has been struggling with her own sense of humanity. She was entirely un-chromed before this and now, despite the therapy she’s been going through, she feels like an imposter in her own synthetic skin. Is she the same person when everything but her brain is different? Is she even still a “person?” And if she isn’t, at what point during the conversion process did she stop being human? Hell, how does she know her memories/brain wasn’t tampered with during the process? How is she sure that what she “knows” is even real?
These are the questions she grapples with while trying to go about her daily life, managing her responsibilities to her family and herself.
I imagined this as kind of a “psychological drama” kind of bot but I’m willing to bet you could also take it into mystery/thriller and social commentary directions too. I am fond of saviorfagging so implementing that into the scenario somehow would be very much appreciated. I’m not expecting a way to put her back into a meat body, just a way to help her with her PTSD and other trauma.
For something less specific character-wise I think a sort of scifi Slice of Life Blue Collar work bot where {{char}} is your cute female coworker set in Outer Space would be cool.There’s a manga/anime called Planetes which is about trash collectors in space (they dispose of floating space debris because even something as small as a bolt going at the speeds needed for orbiting Earth could take down a spacecraft) and I find that aspect of working a mundane blue collar job in space to be interesting. It doesn’t have to be collecting space debris, it could be whatever you can think of as long as it involves going out in space. I’d like for {{char}} to be someone on the same or similar level as {{user}} so the two of you can go out on jobs together. {{char}}’s personality, looks, etc. are up to you, as long as she’s cute.
If you wanna just slop out something then a hag (as in she’s in her 30s) who lives in the 90s and is addicted to RPGs and retro games. Think Chrono Trigger, Valkyrie Profile, pre-PS2 Final Fantasy, etc. Also she should be depressed about something so I can saviorfag her.
