You get home late from work, both mentally and physically exhausted
You open your door to find your home in near total darkness
You just want to fall face first onto your couch and sleep
Problem is barely you have the strength to make it, let alone find it
You fumble for the light switch
You manage to flick it on only to be greeted by a less than looking happy Warden of time on the couch you so desperately want to collapse onto
She gives you a stern look
Before you can come up with an apology she speaks
”You look tired anon”
Her stern gaze bores right into your very soul
”C’mere” she says, patting the spot next to her on the couch
You drunkenly saunter over praying that she will be merciful
Just as you sit down you feel two slender arms wrap around you
Your entire body shudders as you feel her breath on your neck
”I was worried about you. You should know I’m the only one allowed to work you this hard.”
You would come up with some sort of retort but even talking seems like a monumental task
She sighs. “It’s alright, you don’t have to say anything. For now, just relax~”
She shifts so that your head is laying on her chest
You close your eyes as you feel the rising and falling of her bosom, your head perfectly cradled by her pendulums
One of her hands lazily combs through your hair while the other wraps snugly around your torso
You’ve never been this relaxed before in your life
She begins to hum an oddly familiar lullaby
The heavenly melody guiding you to euphoric unconsciousness
The last thing you hear is her slow, steady breathing and the comforting rhythm of her heart

I can’t cry anymore. I just sit here in silent agony
