About infiltration
Preferably, infiltrate using members who are already part of the community. In order to achieve this, swell our ranks, and generate further enthusiasm, we would run a recruitment drive in places where we already have a firm foothold. Inevitably we'll attract people who are members of other communities, who we then use to infiltrate those communities and establish a new stronghold. Repeat until we've covered all relevant communities.
Operational management
Efforts will be directed by Seryuu (JAST) and Fateburn (Ninetail). Coordinate with them and try to avoid engaging in any unapproved solo efforts.
