📝 Table of Contents

Adblock testers:

Adblock testers are websites that tests your adblockers ability to block ads.

  • CanYouBlockIt⭐

CanYouBlock it is one of the best websites to test your adblocker/s. This is my favourite website to test adblockers.
  • ADBlockTester

Also a very good website to test your adblocker.
  • D3ward

    Similar to ADBlockTester.

Adblockers for Android:

1. AdAway: ⭐

AdAway is one of the best adblockers I've used. It is very easy to install and has a user-friendly design.

How to Install AdAway:

  • On your phone, go to the official AdAway Github page, you can find it here
  • Scroll down until you see 'releases' and click it.
  • Then download the .apk file, and open it once it's done downloading.
1. AdGuard ⭐

AdGuard is by far the best adblocker I've used. It has a awesome design and has features that AdAway does not have.

How to install AdGuard:

Note

If you want AdGuard to block ads better, you need to configure the settings. Go here
If AdGuard tells you to enable HTTPS filtering, IGNORE IT. It will stop your internet from working properly.

  • Next, go to 'Privacy' and enable everything except for 'Fanboy's Anti-Facebook List' and 'Fanboy's Ant-Facebook List'.
  • Lastly, go to 'Other' and enable Adguard DNS Filter.
  • Now just go back to the home page in the Adguard app and wait for the content blockers to be updated.
  • Enjoy an ad-free iOS!

This should block most of the ads in Safari and in your games/apps, however, if you still see ads then install 1Blocker along with Adguard. Here is how you do it:

  • Search 1Blocker on the App Store and download it.
  • Open the app and follow the instructions.
