It's a lie program. This is very potent and keeps the negative forces away. A great away to dismiss their influence and to mind your business.
Just because something occurs in your head, doesn't mean that it belongs to you. All these negative thoughts are foreigners and basically lies. So call them out "that's a lie" everytime they appear.
