Builds
I'm too lazy to recompile everything so instead I'm just going to post a few builds and otherwise just post stolen ones from other resources. If any more notable ones get posted I'll dump them in here.
Pro Tip: If you're playing with mouse and keyboard swap to controller because the game is eating more than half of your inputs and it makes any dash tech half as effective. No this is not an exaggeration just try it for yourself and see the world of difference.
Tips: If you're making a build run the ascent manually. DO NOT waste a ticket trying to make a build because the second the run goes bad you're trapped in the run and the ticket is completely wasted. It's a bit of a pain manually doing it for every team you want to make but it's absolutely worth it since you can easily quit out on the first few floors if things are not going well. You ideally want at least one (if not two) of your must have skills by the first shop so you can upgrade them to the max. Also if you haven't already finish your monolith research! That is what you should be burning tickets on if it's not done yet!
What is derivative damage? It's damage that you get from the penguin cards in cataclysm. It's beyond useless so never prioritize it ever.
5 star disks are more important than four star disks in the long run. Do not overly invest in 4 star disks and especially do not level them to 80 as the stat increase isn't even worth it.
Don't worry about getting a level 31 record it's not that important. More important is having the important potentials you need. The only thing a 31 rank gives is more stats but the difference is negligible in comparison to the amount of damage you do with the right build.
Lux
S-S-Shia pet (emblems not included)

I wanna shotgun!

To put this is in even simpler terms than the post above. Simply get close to the boss, Shia will raise her hand and the first attack of her drone is 10 shots and the second the animation begins you dash away and hold the dash button to sprint. Make sure both rabbits re-attach themselves to her surfboard and then turn around and shoot the enemy again. Rinse and repeat until they're dead. Note that this is a 100% white rabbit build and is entirely dependent on potential Glacial Dash to really deal as much damage as it can. Focus on leveling Glacial Dash to max when making a record for this build.
(Shamelessly stolen from my own guide)

Flora relies heavily on crit. So have crit emblems or don't be surprised when it's completely up to RNG rather this build actually dishes out as much damage as possible or not. Otherwise though it is currently the strongest build for Shia. Alternatively Cosette is here because she has massive attack buffs while she's present on the field which is less crit reliant.
What if I'm using Nazuna instead of Flora, Cosette, Minova, Jinglin?

Jubilant spin at 6 will help your damage but you're better off focusing on Tilia and Shia still. Main gimmick is her penguin should be out 100% of the time giving a huge attack buff.
What if I want Nazuna as a healslut instead?

Your Shia will never die however your damage will suffer due to less penguin uptime. Honeyed arrow is absolutely necessary and the heart pink to keep her from just dishing out penguins only. Jubilant spin is just to help with damage the rest can be ignored.
How do I build Tilia if I'm not using Flora or Cosette?

Revealed Flaw should be at 6 as well I just got unlucky. Also this build applies to night rabbit too.
Jinglin:

Don't even bother investing in her potentials if you can get away with it they're all just minor damage buffs. Just spend those upgrades on your main and other support.
Night Rabbit
Better for arena and cataclysm

What about Leporine Gale?
Debatable on it's actual usefulness. It should only trigger if you move far away after dropping your skill but with how often it goes away and how small the arena is it's not actually all that useful and really only triggers during her ult. Technically during cataclysm you can play keep away for increased damage but I still usually find those levels and potential choices going into other stuff is more helpful overall.
Aqua
Cheeto's flaming hot Cheetos

What if I don't have Cheeto?
I...uh well you can slot in Freesia into your main slot and spin to win I guess, don't build her for auto attacks that's for sure. Whatever you do don't bother using Shimao she is really bad. That's all the advice I have on that.
Terra
Otherwise known as the element of Nazuna since it doesn't even function without her

Umbra
Reset Misty

Coronis:

Don't bother with Formidable Glyph if your vanguard is Cosette.
Cosette:

These potentials are for when she is your vanguard. Remember she's only useful in that position against bosses. If you're fighting mobs just use Coronis or Caramel instead.

What if I don't have or want to use Chixia?

I don't have Fuyuka!
Here you go:

Always 3-4 casts of Trail Seekers with one Chixia skill. Do one Kasimira AA after her skill so it applies Instant Combustion. I feel like it's made to specifically support Chixia's minions because the animation to reload and to fire is just right when Trail Seeker animation stops
Only one opportunity to use Kasimira's ulti, but you pop it a second before you cast the summons so you have enough time for Kasimira's skill
(Thanks anon)
Chixia bro here. For people who like the Tiger more, going Hybrid actually works. Just get the Tiger potential and the +1 Dragon. You get a maximum of 4 minions. Losing the Tiger's aura potential is nothing when compared to additional Trail Seeker instances. It lags just a bit behind pure Dragon's damage, but you also have no trouble fighting mobs. Playstyle against bosses is the same. Just that Horn Call and Barrier Construct have lower priority since those rely on minion count
IMO, after Trail Seeker,
Blood Fed > Raid > other Rare potentials > Horn Call = Barrier Construct
and yeah. Barrier Construct isn't actually complete garbage. It buffs crit rate, not abysmal crit damage as stated
Ventus
It's not wind it's grass!

Cycle support skills, you want to be triggering marks at all times.
