Official Trade Treaty between the National Australian Space Alliance and the Owl Republic.

NASA will open up trade between vendors to exchange goods between nations. Vendors are independently owned and operated third-party companies who will handle the exchange of good and tariffs between states. NASA's vendors are subject to NASA's laws, including the Grand Directive, on which goods are allowed to be exported to the Republic. Prohibited goods for exports include but are not limited to:

-All technology beyond Hooman's current technology level. Examples include computers, electricity, combustion engines, locomotives, interchangeable parts, modern chemicals, etc.
-Books and records containing any knowledge how to build and reverse engineer NASA's technology.
-All published works and art pieces depecting explicit pornography.
-Any unlicensed reproductions and copies of copyrighted works.
-Weapons.
-Armor.
-Any assembly kit that requires NASA technology to assemble.

There will be unrestricted trade of food, clean water, and space rations. There will be restricted trade of medicine. Pharmacutical vendors must be a certified doctor from NASA to prescribe NASA medicine to prevent drug abuse. The exception is certified first-aid medicine kits.

NASA will open up work visas to allow citizens of NASA to work in Republic lands. NASA will allow citizens to work in Republic owned businesses and lands. NASA agrees to the Republic's terms on leasing land to NASA businesses, services, and vendors. NASA businesses must respect Republic laws. NASA businesses must also follow NASA's Health and Safety Codes to promote a healthy, clean, and safe work environment to protect both employees and patrons.

NASA accepts the use of the Republic's transportation and postage services to transport NASA goods from the Republic to other nations. Goods sent to the Republic to be distributed to other nations will not be taxed by the Republic and vice versa. NASA agrees to pay all postage and transportation fees necessary for international trade.

NASA will send military to protect the transportation of goods between the Republic and NASA. If military is not adequate then NASA will permit the use of mercenaries and private armies to escort goods.

All goods must be inspected when they enter and leave NASA. Any rejected legal goods will be sent back. Any illegal goods or contraband will be seized. Smugglers caught with illegal goods will be arrested and deported back to their country of origin where they await due process. NASA holds the right to reject any individual from entering our country. NASA does not have an open border policy. All visitors will be checked. We ask all visitors to follow due process for legal visitation and immigration.
