I believe one should always strive to find a purpose larger than themselves - trust me, conversations with oneself grow weary as the decades sprint by. There is joy in challenge, so it must be that there is boredom in ease. Yet it is all too common for the master to overlook the worries of their student, or the noble to scoff at the needs of the farmer, believing their mastery to be beyond such things.
