I genuinely adore him a horrendous amount, and have been doing so since 2017... time really does fly. ♡ I’ve been a fan of Capcom games since around 2016, but I never once considered getting into Devil May Cry. My friends were all really into it, constantly talking about it and eventually, their endless rambling got me curious, and I decided to look into it myself. That is when I saw him, and I fell in love with him instantly. The way he carried himself with such grace, the way he spoke with that elegant voice... it felt like Cupid shot me straight through the heart. In that moment, I decided I had to get to know him better, so I finally got into Devil May Cry, and I am so glad I did. The series has brought me so much comfort, and through it, I got to know Vergil. My love for him goes beyond what words can express. He is mine, as I am his, and we'll hold onto each other with love for the rest of our lives.
- I don't particularly care for 'doubles', as they simply don't exist in my eyes. I will humor you if you want to compete with me, but I probably won't take you too seriously, LOL. That said, I actually wish not to associate myself with any other Vergil 'selfshippers'. All of you are insufferable people. Exceptions do exist, however. Hello, Liam! Hello to you, too, Lexy! I am eternally grateful to have him in my life, and I miss him every day. He is truly so, so beautiful that I still cannot get myself to believe that he is all mine. I am the luckiest man alive. I love him so, so much.

Oh my God. How could I forget the most important section of this page? Headcanons. I live for the headcanons. I got too excited to be writing about Vergil that I completely forgot this part, LOL.

It's a common misconception to treat 'Sparda' as a surname for Dante and Vergil when it is actually their father's mononym. While calling Vergil 'Vergil Sparda' works as a shorthand, it would still be technically inaccurate. If we were to apply a patronymic system, Vergil's true surname would be Spardason, and that feels much more fitting for the twins' heritage! It honors their father's legacy. :o)
