Producer and Natsuha hop in the car to head out for work. P says today’s job is going to be a good one, worth the effort. Natsuha claims that any job P gets for her is worth it, but P says this job’s special nonetheless.
They go through a meeting to brief Natsuha of her assignment. She’ll be participating in a competition broadcast in which she is supposed to go through a shopping mall and pick out a full outfit for her designated partner. The program staff notes that this job should be perfect for Natsuha, having prior knowledge of her “total coordinate” special skill listed on her profile as well as knowing about some of Natusha’s recent work. Upon hearing the staff list out the jobs featured in previous commus, Natsuha begins to chime in to claim that her work this time will exceed whatever expectations have been set by these other jobs she’s been doing. She gets fired up and exclaims that she’ll show them what the real Natsuha is like.
After they leave, P begins to comment on Natsuha’s short outburst.
LEFT CHOICE: Pretty impressive
When Producer compliments Natsuha’s proactiveness, she thinks that perhaps she was acting a bit immature then. P says that’s not what he was thinking, and Natsuha’s confidence flares back up.
TOP CHOICE: You alright?
P says that Natsuha did a fine job, but wonders if maybe she was too brazen about it. Natsuha responds that her words were a sign of confidence, though maybe a bit childish.
RIGHT CHOICE: Fine speech
Natsuha had presumed that P might have gotten upset at her over her fiery words, but he compliments her nonetheless. When it comes to confidence, Natsuha says that neither of them are prone to sitting back passively.

Natsuha and Producer are at the shopping mall where the competition will take place. Natsuha has decided to scout the place out beforehand so she can get a feel for what kinds of stores there are and where they’re at. As she drags Producer around the mall, the scenes transition between each other with Natsuha going through the competition’s rules as narration. Full outfit, ten thousand yen budget, to be worn by an assigned high school girl, with the outfit’s theme having it be something to wear when you confess your love. Natsuha grows more excited about the job as they continue exploring, wondering what kind of girl will be modeling for her and mulling over the difficult theme.
The thought of it being something to wear during a confession brings to mind ideas of courage. Producer says that whatever the outfit may be, it’ll need to carry the confidence needed to express your feelings. Natsuha adds a good outfit should light up your heart, citing it as a reason why she loves outfit coordination so much.
LEFT CHOICE: Let’s give that shop over there a look as well.
Without hesitation, P suggests looking over more stores in the mall. Natsuha senses his motivation and the two get fired up to continue surveying the area, not wanting to lose to each other.
TOP CHOICE: Don’t wrack your brain too hard over this.
Producer tells Natsuha not to strain herself over deliberating the theme. Natsuha points out that even P said it was a tough theme, and he still agrees, but P reminds her that the outfit is supposed to show confidence. Worrying too hard would only exude the opposite.
RIGHT CHOICE: Here’s your chance to show what you’ve got.
When P goads Natsuha on, she naturally feels qualified to win. P explains that it’s not just her specialties that’s important, telling her that it’s her confidence to move forward that’ll set her apart.

A knock is heard at the door of the waiting room where Natsuha and Producer are. A girl enters and introduces herself as the amateur model that Natsuha will be designing an outfit for. She’s very meek and Natsuha immediately picks up on her lack of self-confidence, verbally questioning the point directly. Producer is worried she’s being too blunt, but Natsuha holds her stance and believes that sincerity is what they need. When Natsuha asks the girl what kind of outfit she’s hoping to wear, she answers that she’d like something cute that her special someone would be interested in, expressing that she doesn’t believe herself to be cute on her own. Natsuha asks if wearing an outfit like that would make her feel confident, but the program staff calls them out to prepare before the girl can respond. Natsuha assures the girl that together they’ll find an outfit that’ll make her “special”.
After filming, the girl once again comes knocking at the door and wishes to speak with Natsuha. The girl is already feeling better thanks to Natsuha’s efforts, but Natty begins to speak further about the confidence issue. Natsuha tells the girl that she understands wanting that special someone to love you back, so you need to start loving yourself. Regardless of whatever may come from a confession then, you’ll still be superb and nothing can change that. The words strike a chord with the girl who says that Natsuha is starting to seem like her “manager” over there. They whisper a bit more about Producer as Natsuha tells her that P is the person who’s always boosting her confidence. He’s the person that makes Natsuha “special”.
Back in the car, Producer asks Natsuha what they were whispering about back in the waiting room, having felt like they were stealing glances at him. Natsuha giggles and promptly declares it as a secret, making it seem all the more suspicious to P.
LEFT CHOICE: You weren’t insulting me, were you?
Natsuha detests the suggestion and affirms that it was in fact the opposite. Hearing they were saying nice things about him just makes P think it should be okay to tell him, but Natsuha doubles down, bumping the confidentiality up to top secret.
TOP CHOICE: Was it about me then?
Natsuha doesn’t deny it, but also says it was perhaps more about herself. She tells P not to worry about it, assuring him that only good things were said and that there’s no need to ask further because it’s already something he should know well enough.
RIGHT CHOICE: …I guess there’s no use in prying if it’s a secret.
Producer leaves it at that and says that he believes Natsuha when she says it was nothing bad. Natsuha gives him her word that they said nothing but good things.

Natsuha comes running into the 283 office asking Producer if the show has already started. Her lessons took longer than expected and as such, she missed a majority of the competition’s broadcast with P letting her know that they’re about to show the results after the commercials. Despite her tardiness, Producer made sure to record it for her just in case. The show host begins to announce the results and the winner is, of course, Natsuha. She already knew the outcome, but feels relieved hearing it on the broadcast anyways. As they listen to the judges explain their reasoning for crowning Natsuha’s team as the victors, noting the bold design which managed to suit the model perfectly, Natsuha and P wonder how things went with the girl and her love confession.
Suddenly, a familiar voice calls out to Natsuha from the TV. As it turns out, the high school girl had sent in a video message to be shown on the program to express her gratitude towards Natsuha’s kindness. The girl had worn the outfit Natusha helped put together for her and delivered her confession properly, further announcing that she was….rejected. The boy she confessed to apparently already had a girlfriend, but the girl took Natsuha’s words to heart and has found a new level of confidence and self-respect, ultimately turning her life around for the better. Natsuha and P are happy to hear that Natty’s expertise was able to be put to use and that people were able to see what makes her a great idol.
P then begins to address Natsuha.

Producer explains to Natsuha that she’s great as she not only can do the simple things like sing and dance, but also use her words for a greater impact.
TOP CHOICE: Might be able to do some producing yourself.
Natsuha initially questions the idea, but comes around to it as she understands that she’s got a great role model by her side all the time.
RIGHT CHOICE: Could probably be a stylist if you wanted.
Producer is motivated to get Natsuha more worthwhile jobs like this. Natsuha appreciates his enthusiasm, but reminds him of her earlier words saying that any job he pulls for her is worth it to her.

Over at the 283 office in the evening, Natsuha pops in to find Producer at the end of their day and she begins to ask a number of suspicious questions.

When she confirms that they’ll both be taking the train home, her final request is for him to stay with her here for a while and asks him to wait for a moment as she goes to prepare something. She returns with a reward in tow, specifically the one awarded to her for winning the outfit coordination competition, the “Taste of Autumn Wine Set”. Natsuha wants to try it out and offers to let Producer taste it with her. She explains that she felt the others would be jealous of her having such a nice prize all to herself, but continues that even though she considered sharing it with everyone, the majority of the set’s contents is alcohol. The two agree to make their nighttime tasting session a secret between adults.
For a moment, Natsuha imagines that one day, she’ll be able to share a drink with the rest of her fellow HCG members, thinking that she’ll probably get emotional when they say cheers. She asks if Producer agrees and he declares that the others will always be around in her future. Natsuha is pleased by his statement and states herself that even if they aren’t together down the line, they’ll all end up meeting again someday. She makes sure to include Producer in her statement as well.
After their talk, the two of them happily head out onto the veranda and enjoy their night together.
