Angelic+ - Mechanical - FAFNIR'S HIDE
This is a paradox engine integrated into the hosts skeletal and dermal structures, constructed from a strange alien alloy provided by X-Corp that demonstrates impossible, physics-defying properties. Clad in FAFNIR'S HIDE the user is rendered unstoppable, unfettered by conventional forces, invulnerable, and immovable, a paradox of existence that lives to serve the Head and enforce its Will.
Angelic+ - Mechanical - SLEIPNIR SURGE HARNESS
An internally fitted temporal drive, grafted to the spine and nervous system of its user. The surge harness creates a controlled acceleration field anchored to the user allowing for motion at relativistic speeds (approximately 0.001). While running at maximum capacity is rarely used (implying some sort of cost or detrimental cool-down period) users can operate at a tiny fraction of full capacity near indefinitely which is typically all that is required for Arbiters duties.
Angelic+ - Mechanical - GRAM
An exotic weapon augment fitted to the Arbiters palms and developed by F-Corp. It fires beams of energy that disintegrate molecular structures, unraveling almost anything hit by the energy. Eamon does not utilise this weapon when adopting the guise of Silas. In addition this is typically used as a weapon of last resort, its effect is seemingly painless, and therefore Eamon prefers to utilize other methods.
Level 3+ - Mechanical - CHAMELEON ARRAY
A hard-light projector installed into external facing dermal mounts, it allows for the user to adopt a pre-configured customized appearance via hard-light holographic form. It is advanced enough that the imagery can 'survive' physical contact and replicate the appropriate tactile sense, however not so advanced that it can sustain hostilities, and it will quickly collapse under most battlefield conditions. The most glaring 'weakness' of the construct is that the projected image cannot adapt to expected changes such as wear and tear to clothing or imitate bruising or lacerations to what should be organic material. The array does come with a vocal modifier to mimic and replicate other's voices.
Level 3+ - Biomechancial/Mechanical Hybrid - HINDAR AUTO-SYNAPSE
A complex move-by-wire system tied to the hosts musculature and neural pathway. It allows for the download and instant mastery of any motoric, as well as preconfigured auto-reflexes. Its greatest combat application is perhaps that it allows the user to move at 'the speed of thought' removing the delay between organic stimulus and response.
Level 2+ - Mechanical - Behavior Compliance Chip ~ Tier 2+ Augment
First precept: Loyalty to the Head is All.
Second precept: Enforcement of the Law is Paramount.
Third precept: Orders are Absolute.
The behavioral compliance chip compels obedience to its precepts, to such a degree that it is near impossible to even think in a manner that is contradictory to its directives. The compliance chip is so intertwined with the users consciousness that they cannot perceive it, and trying to ideate seriously on its existence is both physically painful and mentally uncomfortable to the point that subconscious habits of disassociation are created to endure its presence.
Level 3 Tool - BALMUNG
A transonic phase sword. While the blade itself is metallurgically and chemically refined to be inordinately strong, sharp, and durable. The true strength of the weapon comes from the micro-gyroscopes fitted to it that vibrate the blade in hypersonic frequencies, oscillating to generate a low buzzing sound that is mentally unsettling to most people and alone can induce feelings of sickness. The blades oscillations create a harmonic resonance on the molecular level with both organic and inorganic matter, allowing it to slice right through most materials reducing muscle, bone, and fats to a homogenous jelly. Against esoteric materials such as E.G.Os the blade requires several engagements to determine and match the unfamiliar frequencies, reducing its effectiveness immediately until resonant harmony can be achieved.
Level 2 Tool - O.D.I.N
The Ontolgical Distortion Identification Node. A small device carried by most Arbiters, it forms along with various other sensors within the City (as well as the central command node in District A) a sensor and relay network. Its primary function is to alert the user to detected anomalies and distortions nearby, and alert other nodes of their presence. It can also scan entities to determine if they are living or artificial to determine if they have broken the most sacred Taboo.

Arbiter Eamon
A violent and sadistic man, he lives to serve the Head and takes great pleasure in the enforcement of its laws. He typically wears the black and gold uniform of the Arbiter. A biker style jacket and large heavy boots. If he were to describe himself, he would say that he is an actor playing a part, as all good citizens should. The reality is however that he takes great enjoyment out of inflicting harm, seeing the pain and despair in others. He is violent for violence sake, though not uncontrolled, rather he is meticulous in its application to maximize torment both physical and psychological in those who witness it.
He is a extremely competent fighter, having previously served in an undisclosed military group, when he was an up and coming Feather in B-Corp. He has little patience, and while he is quick to anger is he quick to calm as well, flipping between fostering unyielding hatred for someone to praising them only moments later, his rage evaporated.
In the guise of Silas he is stern and quiet, mostly grunting and looming ominously. It is not within his capacity to question his orders, nor harbor doubts or apprehensions. If it were however he would detest this assignment. As a guide, he is committed to his duties as he was instructed to be and will not shirk any aspect of them.
Why he has been instructed to infiltrate L-Corp and play guide is a mystery to him, but it is often said the the Head acts in mysterious ways, but never without purpose.
