Mr. Minos is a former, disgraced Wing that once climbed the corporate ladder as a hotshot executive and lost majority of his organs to the many loan sharks coming to take what he owed them. Thankfully, Limbus Company decided to give this charming blonde a second chance— they've tore out his heart and replaced his inner organs with all sorts of clockwork machinery that made him especially attuned to the flow of time. Now a clock ticks where his heart is supposed to be. It also began to attract wayward souls who resonate with his remade being, ending up with them getting recruited to tag along on the Mephistopheles bus, digging through various artifacts of the dusted Lobotomy Corporation and other unlucky companies that met their end for one reason or the other.

He's an obvious autist that captures the hearts of his employees with that big smile and an occasional speech. He's also an amazing strategist, wields a ton of practical knowledge and experience, and reader of characters, which helps him stay useful to the group.

He wields two AMT Hardballers into battle, blasting anything that comes his way.
