Also for possible card choices, this won't be 100% complete, hundreds to thousands of combos, just the many initial ones that came to my mind that I thought were noteworthy. Also I won't touch apps too much if at all for these deck techs because they're not in my wheel-house, best I can say is use what feels right, PWR LV Limiter on R2/3, maybe Ultra God App if you wounded Vegito (Xeno), there's a missile app for R4/5 that deals 20k damage that you could try to stall towards. The idea of this deck is simple, with a very strong defensive core that should nullify Frost Demon offensives, facilitate these cards to disable CAAs from interfering with you giving you more security despite the massive reduction in DMG reduction, and if against something else like HR aggro, this can still put in some work disabling Kid Goku from calling for Shenron as well as various transformations. The PWR generation, while small, does get us under the Parry Goku Promo, and our defensive core can handle fixed damage, the most we fear is STA damage since they. One thing to note is that Vegeta Jr. will feed UGM8-SEC Vegito since he'll have less than normal, so he'll attack really hard and since he's not of a co-op group, it's probably he'll attack unaffected by our defensive core.

BM7-SEC Goku & BM11-ASEC2 Goku
Yes I'm employing the unholy redacted one but understand, he's about the best we have. When an attacker and he has at least 1 bar of STA, he'll make it when your team is attacked that he loses a bar of STA and caps the dmg dealt to only 1000, 100 if they have grd pierce, he also comes with a block burst for when he needs to be a supporter and you need to block a certain attacker, block damage to 1k only makes it where our DMG reduction doesn't matter, fixed damage doesn't matter, the most we fear here is STA damage since something like UGM4 Gohan (SH) or UGM8 Shallot can reduce his STA greatly, preventing additional procs. Now for BM11-ASEC2, his thing is that your team gains 1k PWR (this round only) per bar of STA used, most importantly is that if you've used 11+ bars of STA, he'll set both players' HE to 0, no super attacks, no Action Abilities with our Jr.s. Now this sounds extremely tight knit, yes? UGM8 Cooler exists and he is a problem, he gives easy access to energy guard which should nullify BM11-ASEC2, it's the assumption we're running with. Something to note is that it may not matter to get the lock on R1 since there are very few CAA/TAAs that activate round 1, god meteor and keysword lock are the main two, but R1 can help be the aggressive round to help make sure that for R2, where a lot of CAA/TAAs are enabled, the lock is set in stone.
The Miracle Workers
UGM6-041 Gogeta (GT) & UGM8-059 Glass Warrior in Black
Gogeta (GT) gives everyone 1.5x PWR LV at the cost of HE generation from abilities, further more he also gives everyone 2 bars of STA at the end of the round, securing BM7 to do his job, goal is to be a supporter as our STA generation. Glass Warrior in Black offers a bit more, since we can't get HE from abilities, she grants us DMG reduction pierce, vital against Cooler, and some STA damage. Funny thing to note is that since her ability is a summon ability, I don't think Vegeta/Goku Jr. should prevent her from firing it even if she can't use her super attack, admittedly with 0 HE this won't do much damage but still helps in chipping at the enemy. Also in the worst case scenario in the enemy has intense PWR disruption, she can do even more STA damage and maybe even the door open to stuns.

EL Android HA OR ABS-23 Vegito (Candy)
There's only one HA here that fits with the deck, and it is required due to the fear of Cooler because Cooler's team has a crap ton of HP, just the Freiza core of himself, Chilled, BM9-SEC3 Frieza, and UGM8-SEC Fusions easily have enough to have more HP than our non HA cards. And why the EL Android HA? She punishes the enemy trying to go first with STA generation, very welcome, she comes with powerful STA disruption too which can help soften the enemy's blows if BM7-SEC Goku isn't cutting it while empowering her own. One could replace this with ABS-23 Vegito if you have the app that gives your team 8k HP, 4k GRD, and 20% DMG reduction, which used be semi-common pre-UGM8 but I haven't seen it too much so it might've fallen off, ABS Vegito here covers his own STA making it easier to proc BM11-ASEC2 Goku, and retargeting to make sure that BM7-SEC Goku is safe, the DMG boosting is neat, the DMG reduction boosting could be nice against non-chilled decks. Might be better to use ABS-23 Vegito if your HA is also insufficiently leveled up since the main allure is preventing Cooler from protecting the energy guard R1 since this deck could have an issue doing enough damage to prevent it from being up again for R2 when they have four attacks Goku has to protect (if he even would have the STA for).
If Climate is Warmer Rather than Cooler
At that point then you could replace a huge aspect of the deck's thesis, replacing Gogeta (GT) and Warrior in Black for UGM5-054 Goku and a more versatile STA generation card like UGM7-061 Demigra or BM7-060 Golden Frieza (Xeno), and even have the option of freeing up the HA slot for another card depending on your needs, main reason for Gogeta (GT) and Warrior in Black was for role-compression in wanting strong STA generation as well as DMG reduction pierce, UGM2 Gohan/Piccolo (SH) don't offer the latter and with BM11-ASEC2 Goku the other utilities weren't as important, with UGM5-054 Goku you can fire off potent super attacks and action abilities yourself while the enemy is left with nothing since he gives you the super attack during the PLBP, just make sure he's registered before the Jr.s. Demigra can give some STA disruption to the enemy team while Golden Frieza requires you to hit 50% HP to really pop off, otherwise is just half a bar, and this ignores other options like BM8-054 Goku which offers more defense though with less total STA (9 from Demigra versus the 6 from him). You could even fit in proper retargeting such as ABS-23 Vegito (Candy) much more comfortably since you aren't trying to race HP totals. If there was an issue with the deck it'd be space, you want the Gokus are practically mandatory, BM7 lets you live without needing DMG reduction mitigation from BM4 Gohan, the issue is that BM4 Gohan is complete dead-weight against anything that isn't Chilled and doesn't help with the massive damage from Cooler, Frieza, and an angry Vegito being fed by Vegeta Jr. BM11-ASEC is a bit of a tall ask if against any serious form of STA disruption but I don't think that ABS Piccolo + UGM7 Broly is the way either, and again, 2 cards for what one card is trying to do. There could be another way of doing this deck, centralizing towards a core of :
And then focusing on trying to best protect and facilitate this core with cards like:
- Something to prevent massive DMG boosts killing you
- UGM3-045 Vegeta (disables enemy DMG multiplication alongside some fixed damage when a supporter and DMG reduction with 2k PWR LV when an attacker) or SH5-068 Rumsshi (when a supporter disables everyone's DMG multiplication, good against Hellfire effects)
- A HA
- I think GoD would be best for their fixed damage on aggressive pushes, but you could put in an Android HA or SS4LB Note.
- The flex slot of sorts
- My ideals would be a R1 stun card like HGD9 Trunks (Future), UM8 Fin, UM3 Goku, or ABS Piccolo) to help prevent the enemy from going off even with Cooler's HE guard before doing enough that round for Cooler to not proc and Goku to do the rest of the job, otherwise some form of defense that can help fulfill the 11 bars of STA is welcome but it could also be a niche slot to help protect against whatever you fear, maybe even Shallot as STA damage.
