Bio

An old curse, born in the last fires of WW2. Caused disasters up and down Eastern Europe, nearly making the Cold War to go hot, but intervention from several sorcerers prevented it.
Unlike a lot of cursed spirits, Irina isn't necessarily hostile to humanity. This is because of the conflicting emotions associated with nuclear bombs - the negative emotions are powerful, but unlike most disasters, atomic weapons are also a necessity and tool of protection. As a result, Irina thinks more along the lines of "if was made, it should be used, right?", leading to battles with anybody and anything, purely because she's got all these explosives and nothing to blow up.
Best described as childish glee for jujutsu tempered by military professionalism. Has committed terrorist acts in the hopes of causing war, because it's fun.

In the style of European sorcery, Irina is more likely to hide behind a swarm of shikigami and fight from a distance rather than going melee, leading to a serious lack in close combat skill and weaker physicals.

Technique Elaboration

Radioactive Cursed Energy

Cursed energy with the sickening and spreading properties of radiation. Direct uses of this type of cursed energy have less physical impact, but in return it 'hangs around' afterwards, causing damage to anything unlucky enough to be directly exposed to it. To compare it to a blocking a normal CE-boosted punch, radioactive cursed energy will pass through the block (as normal for a specialist CE type), and cause the blocking arm to warp and decay.

Disaster Atomics

Cursed Technique that creates a small number of powerful, explosive shikigami that mostly take the form of missiles and bombs, though mines, drones, and even certain vehicles are also doable. This nature of this technique requires the creation of each individual shikigami well in advance, as well as an additional 'charge' of CE injected in advance to serve as the payload. These shikigami are then stored in the user's innate domain, waiting to be summoned.

Each shikigami can only be used once, gradually leak their CE payloads, and like any shikigami, require an extra cost to manifest; however, in return, each shikigami has incredible destructive force, and store more power than the user would normally able to hold on their own.

Extension: Dead Hand

Extends the summoning feature of Disaster Atomics into people who have been fully irradiated by Irina's cursed energy. This summons and binds a shikigami within them, essentially wiring a mine into their soul. Those that've been almost totally corroded by the radiation trait become mindless radioactive biomechanical ghouls totally controlled by the shikigami, while those that accept the bomb willingly retain independence, but can be corrupted or detonated at will.

Extension: Cluster Bomb

Bomb shikigami can be forced to fracture into a swarm of smaller, short-lived shikigami, dividing it's cursed energy charge between the swarm. Smaller units have higher speed and better accuracy, but significantly reduced explosive force. Used for dealing with swarms or faster foes, as well as salvaging some benefit from destroyed or disabled shikigami.

Extension: Mutual Armageddon

A technique that allows the user's body to explode. Irina made a binding vow to only use this technique directly after being injured, in return being able to properly stabilize the technique and increase it's power.

Stack: Critical Mass

Each shikigami created by Disaster Atomics leaks cursed energy over time. Moreover, each one is designed with a certain level of power in mind, a fundamental limit to it's strength. However, by flooding an already-charged shikigami with a huge dose of additional power after it's constructed, it can destabilize and explode with way more force than normal.

Fuck that flyhead in particular

Maximum: World's Last Light

Disaster Atomics has one final shikigami to unleash - a terrible red star, to begin the last war. Physical matter under it's light is quickly eroded away, leaving behind a wasteland of bones, while all cursed energy is vastly amplified. Unwary sorcerers can find themselves directly becoming cursed spirits as their increased cursed energy overwhelms their decaying body, while it also triggers the birthing of new curses. This doesn't specifically benefit Irina, but CE being strengthened amps cursed spirits and makes jujutsu combat way more dangerous fun.

Domain Expansion

Fading Glow of a Million Souls is a bombed-out weapons foundry, full of rusted metal, sparking wires, sprays of heated oil, and other minor terrain hazards. It's mazelike layout is useful for confusing foes and setting up fighting retreats.

The sure-hit effect of Fading Glow is the creation of shikigami utilizing the CE of anybody within the domain. They start growing from the skin, in both directions, crushing the target's body while draining their CE. If the target dies, their CT will follow into the created shikigami, which will be able to apply it's effect when detonating. Unfortunately, the generated shikigami will leak their CE over the course of hours, making stockpiles of specialist bombs impossible.
