Chihiro Mitsurugi, HN Yako - Girl Stats Info

The festival games master and preserver of hogs! Chihiro is a valued friend and someone I relate and sympathize with. At the very start, I thought she was beautiful and mysterious, I did ask her out like I did every other girl in the school, it didn't work out but really I just wanted to get to know her. I was dumb seeing she liked swords and getting museum tickets, she's so much deeper than just a swordswoman. I got to know her better after she became Hoge's sensei, and even more after I met her in the Legion meeting with Junichi. Since then, we've kept each other's double life a secret and she's a good confidante and someone I can fully trust. She gives off an intimidating aura when you first meet her, but really she's a bit of a goofball and has an incredibly friendly side. Underneath that quiet uneasiness and icy cold glare, is a young girl who's doing her best and she's amazingly dedicated and caring. She reminds me a lot of Hoge in that regard, and I guess it's why the two get along so well. She's funny too! At first I only came by the Mitsurugi Dojo to check on Hoge's practice, but the more I talked to Chihiro and hung around her, the more I wanted to be someone she could depend on. I stopped by the dojo a few times with Junichi to practice at the dojo and afterwards, we helped do chores and fix things around the place She doesn't exactly have any romantic interests, but anyone would be lucky to have a girl like her, but whoever it is better be prepared for me to do a triple background check on them, Hoge's protectiveness might be rubbing off on me but one of my goals is to see that Chihiro has a healthy and happy life where she'd have a lot more smiles. She's been through so much already! It makes me feel good that she's making friends. She lost her family way too early, but maybe- Mitsurugi-san, we can be your family too? If you trust me, I promise I won't let you down.

Daiichi Family

*Myoga is the name the family uses for dealings outside the clan, it's common enough in the Ishikawa Prefecture that it escapes notice.

Matsumori "King Ghidorah, formerly Tempest King" Daiichi - Father

Nationality: Japan
Characterization: Confident, Cold, Violent, Quiet, Good Listener

"He hasn't talked to me for 8 years. It's like I don't even exist to him. He can go to hell for all I care."

The leader of the Daiichi clan. In the criminal underworld, Matsumori was the most powerful dragon-wielder of his generation. He is the 3rd generation of a legacy line of quirk-marriages dating back to the notorious dragon villain, King Ghidorah, and is the son of the secretive Yakuza leader, Black Bahamut. In his prime, Matsumori's powerful quirk could crush enemy strongholds and break powerful sieges. Although his quirk took a long time to reach its full potency, he was near unstoppable at the height of his power. During his time, the Dai-Ichi Ikkai and the other four Families of Japan had enjoyed a relative peace, having made several secret deals and alliances with government factions to maintain order in Japan's criminal underworld. Since many Yakuza organizations have been branded as villains by the government, none but the most powerful families survive to this day and those unable to keep up in the quirk arms-race are soon swallowed up by others. Under his rule, the Dai-Ichi has nearly doubled in size.

Rumors say that he's sick with a mysterious disease, and will soon retire and name his eldest son, Satoru as the new leader of the Dai-Ichi Ikkai.

Inigo's memories of his mother are few and precious. She was kind and devoted much of her time helping others with her Shield Dragon. They say that she was a doctor and that she volunteered for Crimson Cross. She taught Inigo to be passionate and kind. To believe that love could bloom and that heroes in the stories are real.

Taizo "Hand of the Dragon" Daiichi - Uncle

Nationality: Japan
Characterization: Shrewd, Pragmatic, Violent, Easy to Anger

"I owe him for giving me a place here in Kyoto."

The leader and ruler of Kyoto's Dai-Ichi Ikkai branch, Taizo was kicked out of the main clan for disobeying the rules and marrying an unapproved foreigner. He had since bidded his time hoping to expand his territory and prove himself to the clan. He sees Inigo as an opportunity to rise in the ranks of the Yakuza and return to the main clan once more.

• Quirk: Tattoo Dragon - He manifests a small but sleek-looking ink-black dragon that can travel on skin and coil around one of his limbs. That limb gains enhanced strength and durability. By having the tattoo dragon swim from limb to limb, he could empower all the strikes in a combo during brawls. Upon contact, the tattoo dragon can also swim into another person's skin, causing pain or rendering a limb immobile.

Long Manga Title: That Time I Tried To Be A Villain But My Power Only Works For Good So My Villain Family Banished Me To Live As a Hero Student Spy But All I Want To Do Is Pick Up Girls!?

Original Backstory:

After screwing up the family's criminal dealings one too many times, Inigo was banished from his syndicate family to live with his uncle. One day, while he was out pickpocketing, his Dragon construct quirk, Gigan, went out of control and saved the lives of an entire town. Inigo became very popular! At the urging of his fans he tried out and got accepted to UH. His family thinks he's a spy, but he's just attending to meet girls.
Inigo's construct is a permanent size-shifting dragon named Gigan. He can grow to enormous size but chooses to remain as a tiny green dragon when there's no danger. Gigan is powerful but will only obey good-aligned orders, because of this Inigo has signed up as a rescue hero. He figures, that if more people are alive, the more people there are to steal money from.

While not evil, Inigo has a family legacy to uphold. He comes from a long line of crooks in the criminal underworld and his hero career threatens that reputation.

Gigan's Move List

Quirk Capabilities:

Inigo's quirk runs off his stamina and causes exhaustion when overused. His construct's power scales off willpower, which grants him temporary boosts when thinking of his friends and a certain someone.

Inigo's main abilities

Recall - Inigo recalls Gigan back to his side, takes up to 10 seconds depending on distance. Takes about a second if Gigan is nearby.

Break Off - Inigo can break off crude items like gauntlets and shields from Gigan. These lasts 20 seconds.

Multi-piece - Gigan can break into multiple smaller parts of itself as long as they're connected by a tiny wispy green connector (about the size of a hair strand). This can make it seem like Inigo has multiple constructs.

Crash Kick - Gigan turns into a ball, Inigo kicks it, ball gets very big like a boulder and homes in on target

Knight's Armor - A highly versatile and stylish armor, comes with large dragon wings and the gauntlets can be modified to turn into shields and various weapons
- Weapon Attacks:
- Hammer Sweep - Inigo sweeps a room with an extendable hammer
- Tenseiken Slash - a charged up slash with a very heavy blade
- Harpoon! - A quick strike with an extendable spear
- Drill Lance - The end of his lance turns into a drill

Heavy Armor - Meant for brawling, this armor raises Inigo off the ground about 2 feet, grants increased strength and defense, loses flight and moves slowly. Good for slobberknockers.

Bulldozer Armor - Good for running into things and defense. Very slow and very difficult to manuever in.

Gigan Drake Form - Gigan's default battle form, it's a green dragon that's about the size of a large horse. Good for riding and attacking.

Item Form - Gigan's most versatile form, it becomes an object but nothing electronical or overly complicated. Gigan can still sense things through Inigo while in these forms.

Barrier - Inigo can form semi-transparent barriers with Gigan around himself or others.

Signature Moves

Twin Form - Gigan briefly turns into a copy of Inigo

Dragon Transfer - Inigo can bestow Gigan to an ally, giving them armor, strength, flight, etc for the duration.

Daedalus Wings - Heavy wings that can launch grappling hooks and lets Inigo move rapidly through urban terrain. (Basically AoT's 3D Maneuver Gear)

Gigan Splash - Creates a large puddle with tendrils that have mini-gigans with binoculars at the tip. Good for looking for Hoge.

Constrictor - Useful for when Inigo is in contact with an enemy, he could send his armor out to constrict the enemy, forming layers and layers of construct armor on them

Dragon's Roar - Taking a form which consists of multiple echo chambers, Gigan unleashes 7 simultaneous kaiju roars to terrify and intimidate weaker foes. Can be used as a distraction

Still Learning Area Capture - Inigo flattens Gigan and captures an entire area. Gigan transforms and merges into the walls and ceilings. This allows Inigo to form eyes and ears to sense anything in the area. There is a green version and a transparent version of this technique.

Still Learning Trick Room - A more powerful version of Area Capture, from the barely visible layer of Gigan, Inigo is able to raise platforms, walls, and various obstacles to hinder the target. This technique quickly turns the terrain into something the target has to fight.

Special Moves

Mega Gigan - Inigo gets inside and becomes the heart of Gigan's Dragon Form, he expends all his energy and faints for x minutes, Gigan is a gigantic dragon and has orders to attack for that time. Inigo wakes up tired when Gigan shrinks.

Gigan Drill Smash - The drill that would make heavens. The faster it spins, the more powerful the attack.

Still Learning Kill Move - Using Gigan's infinite range, Inigo names a target and then Gigan flies off to kill that target. There's no save for this.

Crash Dragon Claw - Inigo's go-to special move, only useful at close-range. It involves Inigo summoning Gigan from an extended palm strike, a spectral green dragon claw emerges from his hand and strikes the target. The dragon claw then enlarges to engulf the target. Gigan's form splits and sinks into the target's own defenses, constricting them before imploding.
