Haruki P-SR1 Fes

アンフォルメル / Informel

Haruki and P are together outside. Haruki giggles to herself and proclaims her pride in having managed some kind of accomplishment. The foul Producer was not paying attention, however, and completely missed Haruki’s skillful display. She says she had done a pirouette and, unfortunately for P, there are now too many people around them for Haruki to give a repeat performance. Haruki claims that she’s progressing with each waking moment, so P needs to keep a close eye on her to witness it.
The scene turns to a flashback regarding the recent photoshoot Haruki just wrapped up at. She’s got some jitters but is handling her job pretty well. Back in current times, Producer thinks about how the job went in connection to Haruki’s previous statement about her growth. He compliments her and says that she’s made some serious improvements since she started. Haruki is humble about it and has some introspection about her newbie self, always pushing herself too hard out of fear of failure. She mentions having thought about the other people working in the industry and how everyone is likely in the same boat as her. The first occurrence of comparison to statue busts and still images is brought up, but Haruki says she’s not like those things. Unlike her reference materials when drawing, Haruki is a living person, breathing, moving, and changing constantly. It’s not enough to simply be there, so she has no need to worry about her actions.

LEFT CHOICE:
P asserts that Haruki’s capabilities must bring her some kind of happiness. Being able to see different sides of things and express all sorts of angles must be a form of happiness for her, though he’s struggling to bring it past a naive assumption with his limited understanding. Haruki laughs and says that, regardless of if she’s happy at the moment, it’ll be worth looking back on in the future. When Haruki asks Producer if there’s something in the past that made him happy, he affirms that there may have been something, but catches himself feeling as if he was about to cry.

TOP CHOICE:
P likens Haruki’s ability to change and adapt to a form of absorption, taking things in and making them her own strength. Haruki says that would be nice, but even if she planned on absorbing stuff there always ends up being some indomitable force that prevents her from going all the way. The question then is when Haruki will be able to overcome those obstacles, to which she retorts that she’ll probably end up dead before she fully understands these things. P begins to say he also struggles with understanding things, but Haruki reassures him of his capabilities. She has no idea about P’s past self, but the one in front of her now has always been helping her out, so whether he’s right or wrong about things, she trust his word.

RIGHT CHOICE:
P remarks that Haruki can seemingly go anywhere with her growth. Haruki is humble once more but explains her reasoning for giving things a try. If she pushes things aside it’ll just make her anxious, and if she doesn’t reach out to try then she herself may end up being cast aside. She says that perhaps the people that were the original reference for artistic statues were different from their stone immortalizations. Haruki does not know exactly how other people see her, but wishes that she can express the best version of herself and present an honest visage before everyone. Producer remains at a momentary loss for words as he begins to question his own person and finds Haruki’s outlook to be remarkable.

作品No. / Artwork No.

Producer makes a call to the school Haruki is attending to talk to her teacher and plans on stopping by the campus. After arriving, he goes through the school to find Haruki in the art room.
Haruki P-SR1
She’s deeply focused on her painting and doesn’t immediately notice who she’s talking to when asking for just a while longer to continue her work. After realizing it’s P, she changes tone and wonders if she’s in some kind of trouble for accidentally messing up her schedule. P reassures her that it’s nothing like that. Producer and Haruki’s teacher share information to make Haruki’s schedule together, so this P was just stopping by as he had heard that Haruki was working overtime and wanted to ask if she wanted a ride home. The clarification starts to calm Haruki down a bit and she flusteredly goes to wash the blot of paint off her cheek after P points it out. Producer then starts to compliment the painting she’s working on and says he doesn’t want to rush her out of the art room if she wants to keep working a bit. Haruki accepts on the condition that she can draw using P as a reference. Producer is struggling to sit still and is worried about messing Haruki up by giving off the wrong expressions or moving too much. Haruki laughs and points out that perhaps P’s finally gotten a taste of what it’s like to be an idol at a photoshoot.

TRUE END - 美しき時代 / Age of Beauty

Haruki and P are out and about observing the pretty Autumn colors. On their path, Haruki spots a food truck selling Mont Blanc Tea and they head over to give it a try. While they’re clamoring to themselves about how delicious their orders look, the shopkeeper pipes up to say the two of them look pretty close and asks if they’re older brother and younger sister. P is caught off-guard by the question and begins stammering, but the devious fluffball beside him takes advantage of the moment and jokingly confirms that they’re siblings despite not looking similar at all.
As the two continue on, Producer having recovered from the shopkeeper’s question, Haruki starts to say that she was happy about the assertion. She brings up how she isn’t much like her actual big brother and the two don’t always see eye to eye. While she gets along just fine with big sister and isn’t on outright bad terms with her brother, Haruki says that the close gap in their age creates a bit of a sibling rivalry between the two. In regards to P being Haruki’s big sister, Haruki says she just can’t see that happening and thinks they’d fit better as classmates. They start to wonder if the two of them would have been close friends were they to have been classmates instead, but Producer says they likely wouldn’t have been nearly as close to each other. They’re only together now since Haruki became an idol so the only selves that matter are the ones here in the moment. Haruki is glad to be able to spend time with Producer looking at the Autumn leaves, drinking their tea, and even getting to make a sketch of P. She asks if he’ll allow her to draw him again. He agrees and Haruki becomes set on getting a new version of him, a different angle, different expression, everything being in the now.
