Rules

These are the rules for my tournament generation such that I (hopefully) generate the most varied types of tournaments:
Please note, they are likely to change and if they do I am going to write the changes here.

Type
Tournament type randomization favours rated by 80%, that means that division (1st division) only has a 20% chance to appear.

Rating
Rating for a rated tournament is determined by taking a random 1st division character and using their most recent rating, that character is not necessarily in the tournament.
Rating must be above 1850, as 1850 is the upper limit of normal tournaments. If the rolled character's most recent rating is at or below this rating, it will be rerolled for a new character.
Rating must be different from the previous tournament in a range of 50, the ranges are as such:

[1850-1900, 1900-1950, 1950-2000, 2000-2050, 2050-2100, 2100+]

If the rolled character's most recent rating is within the same rating range as the previous tournament, it will be rerolled for a new character.
If the previous tournament was a division tournament, the rating difference rule from previous tournament is ignored.

Size
Size of bracket is random between:

[8,16,32]

No bigger or smaller bracket can be rolled.
If the rating of the tournament is above 1950, the size can only be between:

[8,16]

If the rating of the tournament is above 2050, the size is fixed at 8 characters.

Elimination
Elimination type randomization favours single elim by 66%, that means that double elimination only has a 33% chance to appear.
If rating is at or below 1900 and the size of the bracket is 8, it will always be double elimination.
If rating is above 2050, it will always be single elimination.

Match-up
Match-up type randomization favours 1v1 by 50%, the other types take up an equal amount to amount to 50%.
If rating is below 2050, match-up type can be any valid other match-up types.
If rating is equal to or above 2050, the only valid other match-up types are:
