i have a passion for spreading my comic book knowledge across the universe. "stop sleeping and write this down", my math teacher said. i replied with "i not sleeping i daydreaming about the xmen". true story.
my favorite xmen are rogue, jean, and yana. i heavily associate myself with illyana & go by anything you'd call her. when it comes to magik, i try to stay away from her marvel rivals "fans". yana's comic fans are welcome to interact!
i think people need to start viewing yana like i do... people associate her with dark colors and stuff but i associate her with a box of crayons. not the rainbow, but a slightly dimmer box of crayons. like they lost some color in the sun. 
i wish roleplaying and playing with action figures was more normalized because i love with those types of videos show up on my fyp idc how corny it is... i just get scared to repost them. anyways i got new comics today,,, i got uncanny x-men #14 & #27. you may be wondering. "why are the issues so spaced out?" ...i dont own any other uncanny x-men 2024, i just really loved the variants i found... soon tho!
my mom rlly loves gambit's marvel rivals design so she really wanted me to get that one. she's not gonna read it tho 
. none of the comics i REALLY wanted (besides rogue #4) actually arrived yet, so i just picked out some other things i thought were cool. i found out jubilee got her own one-shot called "Jubilee: Deadly Reunion", so i got that one. i also happened to be lucky enough to find xmen of apocalypse so i snagged #1. i added #3 to my pull list so i could pick it up when i got #2. i dont pirate any of my comics bc i really like supporting the artists and writers :) my favorite writers are erica shultz, gail simone, and stephanie phillips. i love how they all write rogue & how stephanie writes jean. i love a bunch of artists, so i dont keep track of their names. peach momoko's art is really pretty! i also really love the cover art for the new x-men united series, emma is so pretty

i wonder if alison is gonna be playing storm in xmen 97 season 2 cause her not being storm in rivals leads me to believe that she isnt :( its been 2 years since season 1... ALSO, cyclops in marvel rivals on june 13th, season 2 of xmen 97 on june 12th IM GONNA BE SO BUSY THIS SUMMER!!! i think the next character to be released in rivals is gonna be kitty pryde... lockheed has been in gallery cards since season 5, and he's on the map with deadpool's bus... lockheed is kitty's partner so i really hope that it is gonna be her in season 9, i love her a lot! i was hoping she'd be a strategist like mantis but... better? dont get me wrong i main luna and mantis but she could be better...
hot take... i think lotis is really cute and im glad theyre a thing in rivals. a rarepair becoming canon is really adorbs imo.

i really know most of my lore from the original xmen series since im still collecting comics. but for now i wanna talk about what i know from the xmen series. first of all, i've really come to like wolverine a lot more. i used to very much dislike him because of the deadpool & wolverine movie, i felt like ppl talked about him too much. but now i feel like he was kind of mischaracterized in the movie too, but thats a story for another day. now that i know a little bit more about wolverine and his background, i really really like him. he deserves the peace he's been looking for. surprisingly, i really liked the episode where he was running away from the xmen & hid in antartica with a buncha native americans. hes cute. absolutely hate the scott jean wolverine love triangle propoganda.
