The City of Conker, free City of Craft
Overview
The City of Conker was founded in 1120 after negotiations for the Retro Reich to partake in trade through /risu/.
History
In 1120 construction formally began after given some land from the Risuner on which to erect the City fo Conker. At first Conker was planned as a city of trade first and foremost but the main function of the city would soon change even at construction. Since craftsmen of the Retro Reich had been bothering the Nation of Lusitania, the Retro Reich hired many lusitanian craftsmen for a beyond standard rate as compensation for the troubles. This gave craftsmen of the Retro Reich to show off their skills after all and many lusitanian were impressed and wanted to exchange techniques after all, Lusitania in return approached the Retro Reich for the possibility of a district in this new city of their own. The Retro Reich however was so overjoyed for a potential friendly relation with Lusitania that they instead offered to expand the scope of the city of Conker as a whole and to invite the Lusitanians in as equals. After negotiations to finetune the terms were done, Conker had gotten a new flair and would soon turn into the free City of Craft.
In 1121 all base constructions were finished and operations for both trade and craft was officially started. The city still had many construction sites to finish up but with the base operations going, this process was rapidly sped up as more and more ships reached the city.
In 1126 many of the Risuner tribes close and far approached the city of Conker for bigger weaponry that they had seen at the science fairs of Conker. A man of great power was said to conquer large parts of /risu/ in the south and so the local risuners feared for their ways of life to be threathened by it soon too. The city of Conker agreed to erect a new district for large foundries to create such weapons cheaper and on location in return for the city to be given more access to land as it already started to grow tight as the free City of Craft, since many craftsmen, that heard of it, migrated to it from all over the world.
In 1127 the foundry district was fully built and began production in full swing. The Risuners were given first right of purchase for anything crafted there and if they declined, the crafted goods were then allowed on the open market.
In 1130 a rumor spread that a man going by Joyo Cahya and a large amount of warriors came to visit the city of Conker. Lord Woonztler alone awaited him before the city gates in order to extend him a hand of friendship and invite him into the city as friends. It is said that Joyo Cahya was quite shoocked of the sight of a city where not only many different foreigners from all over the world mingled together but also risuners that walked the streets unbothered, either to look for some dayjob to fill their bellies or even had mooved to the city itself to be taken as apprentices and learn craftsmanships that they could bring home to their tribes. If or how this sight might have influenced the future decisions of Joyo Cahya no one can tell and many even beleive such an event never took place and is merely propaganda to make Conker look better overall.
Risuner Dayjob Law
To encourage good relations between the City of Conker and /risu/, a law was established to offer Jobs for Risuners within the city. Lord Woonztler quickly realized that Risuners do not care much for money and riches and are rather interested in food and sex, only gemstones seem to invoke interest by some of them. In response Lord Woonztler came up with the Dayjob Law, that allows citizens of Conker to offer smaller oddjobs to Risuners in exchange for a before agreed payment, like food, sexual favours and some such. This way local Risuners are encouraged to visit the City and indirectly help the citizens to mingle with the locals more and easier.
Festivities
As with the Mainland of the Retro Reich, the city of Conker holds a Bi-montly Science Fair. Unlike the Mainland of the Retro Reich however, this Fair is more centered around showing off Goods towards the local Risuners as well as Foreigners with cities of their own in /risu/ as well as Nations close by that are formally invited to visit the fair. Since the size of the Fair however is not on the same scale as the Mainland, Lord Woonztler had the event expand with grand Circus perfomances for entertainment. These also include an amateur competition, giving the chance to fresh blood to gain a job with one of the many Circuses of the Retro Reich itself. Due to his prior profession as Ringleader, Lord Woonztler quickly saw the potential in the nimble and agile nature of Risuners and wanted to take this opportunity to gain some of these talents.

The City of Conker is made of a Harbor District on the Eastcoast. directly southwest of it is the Guards District,
