CIRNOWAIFU'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ASSET USAGE AND TRANSFORMATIVE WORKS - REVISED VERSION

VIDEO USAGE

You are allowed to use my videos in yours IF you give credit. This does not apply to songs with vocal mix in the name (so Touhou Vocal Mixes/Touhou Mixes primarily), ask first if you want to use those please.
You are not allowed to reupload my covers/videos onto another platform without my permission.
You cannot use my covers in mods unless you directly ask me first. Please be aware that this applies just for the permission of using the cover version, you may still need to ask the original song creator for appropriate permissions to use the song at all in a mod. I am not responsible for any issues that occur as a result of this, so please be aware.

Regardless, I would like to request for you to ask me/inform me if you do use the videos, as long as it follows the guidelines it's fine though and it's not necessary, just nice to know ^.^

CHROMATIC USAGE

The folders linked in the descriptions already detail this, but for the sake of having a comprehensive terms and conditions list:

Public FNF Folder

You are allowed to use the chromatics in any video as long as you give credit, linking to the channel. DO NOT LINK DIRECTLY TO THE MEGA DRIVE/CHROMATIC!
You are allowed to use the chromatics in mods as long as you give credit. DO NOT LINK DIRECTLY TO THE MEGA DRIVE/CHROMATIC!
You are not allowed to reupload these chromatics into packs or separately on sites such-as Gamebanana. You must ask to do so.
You can use the Mixer Effects in any way you want, you can go wild with 'em.
For my FLPs/MIDIs, if you utilise them in any way, credit me. This includes transforming them into FLMs.

VA FNF Folder

When using VA chromatics for a non-mod cover and/or song, you must leave a link/credit to me (CirnoWaifu). You must additionally credit the voice actor who voiced the chromatic, the VAs name is listed in the chromatic folders. DO NOT LINK DIRECTLY TO THE MEGA DRIVE/CHROMATIC!
You CANNOT use the VA chromatics for any other purposes. If you want to use these chromatics for a mod, you must DM me via Discord so we can discuss the permissions/conditions for using them. If you want to convert these chromatics into DWPs/SF2s/other formats, ask me for permission first.
If I give you permission to use the chromatics for one mod, you cannot use them for another mod without asking me first.

Failure to follow these rules may result in your videos being taken down (particularly for failure to follow the VA ones, don't fuck over VAs by not crediting them, come on)! Just follow the guidelines, they ain't hard ^.^
