OVERALL PERMISSIONS:

• Permission MUST be asked before using a song in a mod it was not originally designated for.
• Creating a variation (Encore, D-sides, Remix, or any transformation otherwise) of a song without entering it into a mod is wholly permitted, but permission MUST be asked before implementing any variation into a mod.
• Any unpermitted reuploads of songs are heavily discouraged. This includes "extension" videos, as YouTube now has looping features on both desktop and mobile.
• Songs may not be used in any commercialized works without consent from their creators. Ads cannot be used on videos or other media featuring a song.

SPECIFIC PERMISSIONS:

REGARDING LEAKS:

• Uploads of leaked songs may be claimed down from YouTube.
• Fan-extensions of leaked songs are discouraged and I will not permit their entry into mods.

Failure to abide by these rules will likely result in your video being claimed from YouTube or your mod being removed from GameBanana.
