Band ASS event

round 1: max condition (the 4th stat) to 200, then max out one of the other 3 stats while keeping the other 2 relatively even
round 2: completely ignore condition, max out the 2 you didn't max out in round 1, while keeping the already maxed stat as high as possible
round 3+: get everything as high as possible evenly, and end with condition above 100.
