Kaguya
"Sending a child to participate in a immortal war? HAH, the absurdity, and the sheer arrogance. This is no game, and even if it were, you should've chosen your pawns better. Go and scurry along now brat, if you don't want that blade of yours taken alongside your hands. The fists of Aziz cannot be sealed by sharpened steel, for they have been refined over and over until they can cut through the very world itself! You are decades from being worthy of wielding history like that, and centuries away from being able to stand in Aziz' presence... perhaps a demonstration of the complete separate worlds you and Aziz exist in is in order. Take your best strike. You may have to announce when you're finished, for it might slip under Aziz' notice with its grand insignificance."
Hajun
The only one capable of standing up to Aziz' blows, an extraordinary feat that provides him with the exalted privilege of being Aziz' personal punching bag. Just like how he handles what life throws at him, he'll stand there and take it, because the thought of standing up for his own sake has never occurred to him. If only his brain was as capable as his body, but the constant battering have left it little more than mush. At the very least it means that his mind is incapable of being scrambled even more than it already is. He may think he's able to endure entire mountains and more clashing against his skin, but Aziz knows how to make even the immortals fall before his strikes without even grazing his fingertips across them.
"Tell me, how many blows of Aziz do you think you can withstand? I'll ask you again after the thousandth strike."
Detective Hasu
Disguising yourself so cleverly amongst the other worms in the dirt, hiding in their shadow... if it wasn't something Aziz had already done for himself, he would've gotten some praise for the execution. Unfortunately this district doesn't have the tolerance for someone looking too closely into places they shouldn't be. Aziz was never one to jump at shadows, but to jump at the chance to fight one... yes, that will prove to be quite entertaining. This man in the dark will be exhumed and dragged out into the light to face Aziz' radiance, once he is found from whatever corner of the Devil's Moon he's lurking at.
"You may hide yourself, but the pursuit of Aziz cannot be stalled forever. If destroying the entire district to find you is neccessary... then so it shall be."
NAMELESS, LORD OF FLAME, CHAOS INCARNATE
For someone so hellbent on causing untold carnage in the City, he spends an awful amount of time in the Mortal World. If he were serious about destroying the cage that is the City Between, Aziz would think being in the world where it all happens would be best. To prove themselves on the battlefield, to show their superiority, that is what a warrior's life is. Aziz feels that there is common ground they can share, mainly the destruction of all things under Yudi's command, and recruiting him to the cause seems simple enough as long as he gives enough things to burn.
"Are you really content with remaining out of reach like a distant star? When you can become a burning comet and level this place so that not even the memories of it remain."
Logan Ace
A child holding such power behind his fingertips, where has he heard that before. It seems here that's a dime a dozen, something Aziz is considering using to his advantage. After all, such impressionable youth can be left open to influence when given proper rearing and discipline. Most are children compared to Aziz, weak and fragile, but not all of them hold any potential to be something more. Having someone who's more than capable of matching the output of the other Flow users could be important in dealing with future incidents regarding their presence... but that infatuation towards cosplay needs to be fixed first.
"Another child, come to stand in the battlefield as though this were some mere wargame? The flames of ambition would consume you far before you could spread yours. Keep standing over there, on the outside of this society where you've always belonged. Perhaps the fires will spare you then, although there is no telling who and what will remain standing in the end. You could change that, you only need to make the choice to take Aziz' hand."
Mika Mori
"She's taken the first steps into the realm of Divinity... but if she thinks that's enough to match Aziz, she'd have put her training into better use learning simple strategy. To be a practitioner of the Divine Hand is to realize the full extent of one's own form. If you use it as though you are using a hammer, it will become nothing more than a tool to smash your opponents into the ground. If you learn that your body can become greater than any tool the world has seen, you'll become truly unstoppable. It seems she hasn't grasped the true nature of this technique yet, but I cannot call it an insult to the form. For someone to be capable of it in the first place means they have the talent to realize it one day. As to whether she'll ever get the chance to do so when faced against superior user such as Aziz, it is unlikely."
Faisal
There's little that separates Faisal and Aziz, only their views on who deserves their wrath. While Faisal is under the impression she's upholding the city in her own way, Aziz recognizes that her barely restrained destruction needs only the smallest nudge in the right direction to turn everything in her sight into a burnt waste. To use her powers as a way to cause widespread chaos would be the best opportunity Aziz could hope for, but he'd need to separate her from the rest of her group to prevent any interference.
"You've realized it, haven't you? How much more power you wield over your peers, over those who you served at their beck and call. You were so close to stepping out from their grasp, but it seems you need more convincing. Whether you join at my side or stand against me, it's sure to leave City behind as nothing but ash."
Isshin Hanamura
No one can claim to be truly invincible, however Isshin Hanamura may be the closest yet. In almost every regard, he holds traits that Aziz holds in high respect. Not being a weakling, possessing the desire to grow stronger, the dissatisfaction with staying in the same place in life. If it weren't for his current position with the Exorcists, Aziz would have extended an offer long ago. He is still far to tied down to the human world to be someone as truly free as Aziz however. A push to guide him onto the right path may unshackle his remaining chains, but for now Aziz will simply wait. Sooner or later something is bound to shake his resolve, and when that time comes, he'll be sure to be there.
"It is said that those who have mastered the Sokushinbutsu Stance could bear the weight of the world itself. For your sake Aziz hopes it is true, for far more will fall to your shoulders if you are not careful."
Shion
Every instinct of Aziz tells him that this is a battle he cannot simply walk in and expect to win. That with a single wrong move, his life will be snuffed out in an instant. When did Aziz ever let the fear of death hold him back however? He didn't train his body, his fists, his spirit, just to be disuaded by some common girl. He is the fist that pierces the heavens, striking out at the Gods themselves. Against an unstoppable opponent, he'll strike harder, against an uncatchable prey, he'll sprint faster, and against an unbeatable foe, he'll outlast them. To believe a Fist is simply as strong as the punch it throws would be to rob it of all its strength. Humanity was given their hands to shape the world, so Aziz will use his to shape the battlefield, little by little, step by step, until one day, his strike lands true, carrying the weight of all he stands for behind it.
"Aziz lets little slip by his gaze. If you think you can avoid his hand, he advises you to do so. Anything less than your full attention will leave you as nothing more than a memory."
Yunlaw Jin
A true ape, in both rank and personality. His simplistic nature and competitive heart makes him the ideal ape to which Aziz can show off his abilities against. The fires of Yunlaw ignites Aziz' own spirit. Even if those flames of his cannot possibly scorch his skin, the confidence which radiates throughout the burning man leaves you to believe he can truly burn brighter than the Sun itself. It'd be difficult for Aziz to hold back against him as he can't help but to be goaded into going all out. He draws out a genuineness from Aziz that he didn't think he still had. It may still be a hopeless fight for an ape, but it didn't mean it has to be a boring one.
"You really think you are able to take on Aziz, with flames as pathetic as yours? Bring in on then, I'll snuff them out right after I'm done with you. Prepare yourself, Yunlaw Jin!"
The Cockroach
"Who stands at the top of the bugs? Why, who else would you think? Only a bug would know what type of bug they are better than anyone else. Those who know exactly what bug they are, are also capable of knowing exactly their failings and overcome them. That is why this bug stands at the top of the others. How many could claim to have been born from nothing, to not even be a part of the world that carries on overhead, and evolve from their lower nature just so they can take part in it... so that they can conquer what used to stand in their way! The weakness of those satisfied with their stations in life disgusts Aziz to the point he cannot view them as anything but those undeserving of having their lives judged equally to his. You could all learn more from this cockroach then they could ever possibly learn from the rest of you. That is why they are the only ones deserving to stand under the banner of Aziz!"
Yuki Yuri
Normally, Aziz would only find entertainment in the strong, but Yuki Yuri appeals to him in ways he can't explain. Perhaps it's the fact that she almost willingly accepts whatever is pushed onto her, the way she panics over each and every little thing, or the fact that he's sure she's hiding some hidden potential behind her meek personality... but it really doesn't matter to him. Her existence makes others rely on her, and as long as they do so, they won't focus their efforts on better things like hindering his goals.
"The level of skill and coordination to trip on a perfectly flat surface... it's truly remarkable. Aziz does not think even he could replicate it even if he tried..."
Shigure
Shinka
One of the biggest disappointments within the City Between. As much as Aziz refers to people as bugs, he never actually expects them to turn into one. Someone who has the incredible power of a Kaiju inside them, and they choose to quite literally become an insect instead, insults and confuses Aziz to the point he can't even think of what to say about her. If he were to ever engage her in a fight, even humorously just to show the difference of strength between them, if she turned into a small creature and tried to fight seriously using her various transformations he'd be stunned for several seconds before turning and leaving. He wouldn't allow himself to stoop so low as to actually fight a worm.
"..."
Meliala
Despite Aziz's great declaration to fight against the heaven and earth, he had never been able to truly fight the Gods or their servants. Finding someone who could bring the fight to him and give him the taste of what he had missed out on his first life gives him a thrill he thought he couldn't ever find again. Aziz always speaks the truth, for every word is backed by the strength that makes Aziz everything he is. So if he declares he will fight the Gods, there is nothing to do except to wait for the moment that they decide to show their faces and challenge his march of conquest so he can take them down.
So, the Gods favour you... good, that's good for you... the Gods have never answered Aziz' calls, for they feared what he might do to them once they wander in reach. Cast them out of whatever paradise they decided to hide out in and set them before me! For I am Aziz, the Almighty! The fist which can reach even the stars themselves! I'll take these hands of mine, and tear them apart until only the stories of their departure from this earth remain!"
Chitragupta Kumari
They say that the Chitragupta Kumari radiates a sickly light, drawing on all manner of spirits who are pulled to her side by the allure of power. Aziz has seen Gods and lesser things attempt such plays of control, and despises them all the same. To deal in the lives of others, Aziz is no stranger, but all his exploits and achievements have been done with his own two hands. Leeching off the feats of another is a matter of disrespect and internal weakness. Aziz cares little for the supposed authority the exorcist offshoot has, for they've already grown so compliant with themselves that they no longer serve anyone, good or bad. Another obstacle that's sagged under the weight of time and human nature, no longer of any significance against Aziz.
Tsukuro
There's a certain level of respect levied by Aziz to those who know they are strong enough to take what they want. Who's to say that without his intervention that the weapon he wields would have ever seen the light of day. A weapon is made to be used, not to be admired from afar. That respect is nullified however by Tsukuro trying to make amends for doing so. There should be nothing that he should apologize for, in the opinion of Aziz. If Tsukuro put more of his efforts into making the blade his own instead of acting as though one day he'll have to return it, he'd be on a far better path than he currently is.
"This brat... if that blade could speak to you, it'd be thanking you for unshackling it from its prison. Don't be souring its freedom by threatening to put it back once you're through with it. Enjoy yourselves while it lasts instead of thinking how it ends."
Toshiko
"Aziz mentioned before the difference between those who treat the Divine Hand as a hammer, and those who realize its full potential... well it seems someone has decided to wield it like a battering ram. How absurd, using it like simple brute. If it weren't for the fact she wields its power now, I would have said the path of the Divine Hand would never reveal itself to such a unbecoming martial artist. All that power, wasted. Each movement is like a mountain falling from the sky, but it will never amount to anything if it takes years for it to reach you. The mere concept of the Divine Hand falling into commoner's laps is absurd, absolutely absurd... but it seems Aziz will have to reconcile that it is no longer the near impossible first step towards divinity as he once thought..."
Uriel
Aziz believes with absolute certainty that this boy is no angel. A living vessel capable of containing their divine powers would be nearly unheard of, as even practices dealing with those matters have to pour vast amounts of Aura to create one suitable for a short period. That leaves Aziz to believe that the poor man is either demented or demonic in nature. Either are suitable fates for someone dabbling in powers beyond their capabilities. While the speculation about Uriel's true origins are amusing, so is the thought of presenting Andrew and his sect the body of one of their so called divine messengers.
Distorted Mirage
The only member of the Hunter's Lodge who doesn't seem to be as simpleminded as her fellow members, but that may be due to her early membership and the fact she involves herself with matters outside the lodge, which may have saved her from their personalities festering and spreading to her. In some ways the Distorted Mirage is the polar opposite of Aziz, willing to lend a hand to anyone who desires help, while Aziz only concerns himself with the strong. Even their fighting styles are complete foils, with the Mirage embodying the flow of Aura itself while Aziz relies on the certainty of strength that comes from his own body and martial prowess. It is obvious that they'd never get along, however it would bring Aziz some measure of mirth to learn that she's doing this to pay off her debts and not out of the kindness of her heart. It seems even the most heroic of the Hunter's Lodge is only looking out for themselves in the end.
Hayato Taida
The speed of Hayato's swordsmanship is nearly as unrivaled as his promiscuous nature, but Aziz doesn't consider himself even comparable to the laid back swordsman. The sting of their blade is nothing to the soul splitting attacks of Aziz, and if he's so confident that his blade will reach Aziz before his hand reaches Hayato's throat, than he'll be in for a sudden surprise. An even greater surprise however is the fact that from such an unexpecting man came about a fairly respectable group. It leaves Aziz wondering if there's some positive trait of Hayato he's overlooking, but try as he might, he simply cannot understand any appeal to that man that others may have for him.
"Aziz hopes he is not as quick to fall as he is to swing his sword, but the stories from previous acquaintances about his.. performance... it seems unlikely.
Maihime Amajiro
Someone who hasn't even mastered one weapon couldn't ever be a threat to Aziz. Like all armaments, they each fall short of Aziz' own body. Even with all that Maihime uses to amplify their power, it's simply putting a new coat of paint on worn out weaponry. Her status as a bodyguard is equally as laughable. The idea of conscripting her services to work in his stead, simply to see her fail to perform the most basic tasks he assigns to her, is as appealing as snapping her blades in twain and use the shattered pieces against her.
Kuiara Tamenai
The subject of Muramasa's current wielder never ceases to entertain Aziz. In a extraordinary feat, the legendary blade has chosen even poorer than its rival. A headstrong and reckless swordswoman who's only lasted this long by the virtue of her adaptable body. It's clear to Aziz that her blade will pass hands soon enough. The idea of obtaining such a weapon is an interesting prospect, but Aziz only believes in the strength of his own body. No blade could keep up, even if they were a blade of legend.
"HAH HAH! Show us a good time, Kuiara Tamenai! The only path for you is to wet the streets with blood until you finally fall, and I'm sure it will be a spectacle."
Lloyd
Aziz would normally consider those who hide behind others a weak coward, but when those others are copies of themself, it gets a bit more complicated. He has never met a user of the Mind-Splitting technique that is capable of being as annoying as Lloyd. A singular bug is easy enough to squash, but dealing with an infestation demands more attention to ensure not a single one escapes to propagate again. Individually, Aziz overwhelmingly outmatches Lloyd. His injection technique is only effective if his weapon were to successfully land, and Aziz physical capabilities eclipses even the strongest of swordsmen, which makes it all the more frustrating that someone could return from certain death by having second, third, forth, tenth chances. Eventually Lloyd's time will run out and leave Aziz the victor, but the time invested to deal with one measly bug would leave Aziz unsatisfied.
Yoichi Muto
Iori
There are times when you need a delicate hand to traverse through a situation steadily to make the correct choices, while other times such situations can only be solved through total overwhelming force. Iori stands out to Aziz as someone who's managed to reach an equilibrium. balancing her strengths on a razor's edge. Someone once said that the strongest are able to get rid of everything unnecessary, with the more you cut away, the purer what's left behind becomes, and there must be something true to be said about that when regarding Iori's proficiency with her technique. Aziz can appreciate someone who's trained themselves into becoming a blade, although they will never be as quick and sharp as him, but it is on a level that can be comparable to the difference of a masterwork sword and a sharpened pencil. The Six-Fingers have yet to disappoint with the quality of their recruits, as they are more than a cut above the rest of the weaklings Aziz has witnessed.
Majushin Ryouka
The Majushin are no strangers to Aziz, as he's crossed paths with their forces during his first campaign that ended in failure. Having stood beside and against them, he knows not to take them lightly, as to mess with one is to instigate the rest of the nest. Ryouka is just another one of the Majushin spawn, possessing little qualms about the lives of others or the morality of the practices they pursue. While he does not think it impossible to contract her services, he knows even better that those who catch wind of his plans would never allow it to happen, and simply getting her to yield to his command by force would only garner more trouble than its worth. Even if he were successful, the likelihood that she would cross him some other time would make an alliance even less tempting, as the Majushin are known for advancing themselves regardless of loyalties or emotion, a trait that's only bested by the Blue Oni. There are ways that Aziz can think of to involve her in his plans indirectly, as it doesn't matter which side a Majushin is on when they are always out for themselves.
Miko
Aziz has to wonder what kind of life Miko can be considered to have. They are both long past their fated expiration dates, but while Aziz is in a mortal body with the power to remedy his previous mistakes, Miko is shackled to an eternal immaterial undeath. Out of everyone, she stands to survive to see the City burn to the ground, unable to stop it. Once he's finished with his work, he may show her mercy and cleave her soul until it no longer has a choice but to move on.
"Doomed to forever watch as the world changes while you stay the same, but you do not look like you falter in the slightest. Do you cling onto the hope that a day will come where you'll be set free, or are you content with not moving on while the rest of humanity does?"
Aoi
Aoi strikes a cord within Aziz as someone who overstepped their hands and receive a grievous punishment in return. They still walk their own respective paths, but both expanded from their original courses to seek a better way to apply their abilities. Aziz still thinks she's too close-minded by returning to the life of an Exorcist and naturally sees her as a obstacle due to her work as an Overseer, albeit a very weak one, but he is not as vehemently opposed to her as he is with the rest of the weaklings. After all, anyone who's brushed with Death is someone Aziz can understand.
"It seems you are no stranger to losing your previous life, but as how Aziz lost his body, Aoi has instead lost her mind. Aziz prefers the circumstances of his second life, for at least he knows how to build from his prior failings."
Dazai
The Six-Fingers holds much more promise than what Aziz has seen of the Hellion Mob. Even their weaker members hold some promise, although mainly as capable fodder to shore up the difference in numbers between Aziz and the rest of the City Between. Dazai is the absolute minimum Aziz would expect from a butler, being able to perform their job competently while dealing with the nuisances beneath their master raising their own hand to deal with it. The professionalism and the composure that he displays shows that those at the higher reaches of the mafia are capable of keeping their own in line. Still, Aziz doesn't respect Dazai in the slightest, as those in service to another should only do so to gain the experience for when they grow into their own, and it doesn't seem to Aziz that this man ever intends to do so. A killer who allows themselves to be collared without complaint must have a story behind their actions, but it is a story that Aziz cares little to hear.
Tie Dao
Is it mere coincidence that the Hunter's Lodge draws together those who are barely above the creatures they hunt, or are they just returning to the wilds where they belong? He may eat, hunt, and live as he pleases, but he does nothing to rise above such base instinct. Savagery without purpose is nothing more than a regression of human condition, as his worldview is preoccupied with only the forests he prowls instead of putting himself towards something lasting or significant. It's not all that different from someone who sits inside their room day by day, never venturing from the comfort of their home. Fighting just to sate one's hunger is pathetic excuse to fight, as it is just a temporary condition which can easily be overturned. An ambition such as Aziz' could never be sated, not until each and every person declared as an obstacle against him is gone, and even still he would continue to fight, to ensure his victory lasts in all the eons to come.
Chi Shin'Nou
Aziz is incensed by Chi's cool attitude, finding her worldview insulting. To put yourself on the level of others, to put everyone on the same level, it's inconceivable. The lack of self respect and ignorance of the natural hierarchy of the world does more to incite his anger than any other individual he could come across, no matter their strength. He doubts he'd feel better by snapping his fingers and getting rid of her, as it'd do nothing to disprove the ideas she lives by.
"Tch, the worm in the guise of a person still chooses to believe that every being is equal? If she paid a moment of time to look around in the world she's in, she'd break that daydream immediately. It is easy to break someone's body, but my fists cannot so easily break the beliefs of another."
Iku
Nothing threatens Aziz, but no one is above the primordial force that is Time. Aziz can conquer Death and the Emperors, but even he knows his time is limited. For as long as he lives, he is unstoppable on this earth, but one day his soul will waver and yearn to return into the emptiness it came from. Not everyone can resist the call of reincarnation forever, no matter how much they try. Iku serves as a irritating reminder of the timeframe he has to accomplish all that he's set out to do, and chooses to engage with her as little as possible. He doubts she'll ever be able to catch him to use her tricks, but there's no reason to sour his mood by laying eyes on her.
Senguru-No-Sumire
Aziz cannot imagine letting others inhabit his body, as unlike her who does it out of duty and to grow her strength, those who latch themselves to the name and power of Aziz would only do so to his detriment. He stands proud of the strength he's cultivated within himself, and is no stranger to using others to his benefit, but to do so in such a personal way leads him to think that it's cheap method which will lead to future ruin, despite acknowledging the difficulties and skill needed in handling a multitude of spirits in different magnitudes. She is someone who mystifies him as an emptiness without true ambition, being more like a leaf on a tree than an insect. Something that goes through life without drive.
"Is there truly a Seguru-No-Sumire, or merely a vessel which calls itself such. Would anyone even know?"
Moros Redsilk
In such a cutthroat world, it is surprising that Xana would have let blood stop her from culling all those who could possibly impede her ambitions, but seems she's found a way to make him completely subservient to her without any usage of techniques. As to whether it was through fear or admiration, it cannot be determined. Aziz would be impressed by how many flock to Xana's side, but they are still all too simply weak to do more than making it easier to massacre them all at once. Moros is a bore to him however, as it is too easy to dispatch him and too easy to rile him up to get any enjoyment out of it. He is someone who cannot get stronger from his own merits, no matter what he may try, as he'll always rely on others to take the easy way.
Yamata no Mizuki
A drug dealer who concerns themselves with such things as morality, does she really belong in Red Light? Of course she does, as where else would she get the power and prestige that comes with peddling her paltry product. If the idea of people getting themselves into harm's way due to her actions were enough to halt her completely, she wouldn't be here, now would she? Stand proud then, just as to how she stands behind her mix of tonics and toxins. If there are those willing to dose themselves into eternal slumber, then there should be no shame in supplying that oblivion for them. The same seekers of short-lived satisfaction would have never posed a threat to Aziz in the first place, therefore he doesn't care whether they live or die by someone else's hand.
Ootori Tsugumi
Her skill with the staff is curious. She is of no notable note, no formidable strength behind her strikes, but it's the accumulation of experience behind that stick of hers which gives rise to her status from a mere germ to a simple bug. Regardless of how many opponents she's fought before, it's not enough to prepare her for Aziz, as he's fought far stronger opponents far more than she could imagine. Considering her previous failings, it doesn't seem likely that she'll be able to advance any further than she already has. It seems she'll just have to continue her legacy as the eternal loser, but it seems she already accepted her life of loss with grace.
Femurman
Femurman is someone Aziz has heard much about, leading to quite the disappointment when the stories of his resilience and martial prowess turned out to be much more underwhelming than they made it out to be. Aziz can't help but to think that the only reason Femurman has persisted for this long was due to never facing someone who actually knew what they were doing, as he can only see the easily exploitable gaps that make up their style.
"A bird can only move so freely outside of a cage. In Aziz' presence, such freedom is not easily permitted. What will you look like when your wings are clipped? No more as clumsy are you are now, in the opinion of Aziz."
Azami
Not the first gifted burnout Aziz has witnessed, and certainly won't be the last. If it weren't for her cripplingly weak resolve, her habit to blast away anything in her way regardless of their strength would be a valuable asset. Unfortunately Aziz cannot even trust her to do that right, since she'd need to be fueled on booze to get her on board with such an idea, and could be swayed to any side as long as anybody showed even a shred of kindness. It might be a sort of blessing in disguise, as she's more likely to impede whatever group mistakenly takes the chance to recruit her into their ranks.
Kenshin Go
It seems he's well aware that the only performance he can play resides only in smoke and mirrors, the sparks of passion being smothered out long ago, but it seems he's under a delusion even stronger than his own technique. The idea that one day he'll be able to find his reason to continue. Aziz can't help but to laugh at such a sight, for it is a tale as tragic in its futility. The longer he waits, the more he'll find his spirit shaved away, bit by bit. If it weren't for the fact that he held some measure of potential, he would have been just as well off as Joe White, sitting around while others soar on by.
Shukisame
"Compensating for something, are you? No matter how many blades you drew against Aziz, none will compare to the living weapon which is Aziz' own form. Each finger is a sharper instrument of war than anything you'd have the privilege of holding. Aziz would show you an example, but he fears that catching them between his knuckles may be enough to shatter them completely. He would not want to reduce a prideful swordsman to using his fists, it's far more entertaining to prove Aziz speed is far beyond the reach any weapon could reach."
Jaki
It is surprising how resilient humans can be, clinging onto life when by all means they should have forfeited it long ago. Aziz is proof of it, renouncing his humanity with the progression of his second war campaign in his undeath. Jaki shows in potential in doing a similar feat, however its far too easy for him to fall victim to the numerous threats of the world. Even an extension on life wouldn't be enough of a protection unless he amasses the strength to take them down himself. He's more of a cockroach which refuses to die, except even a cockroach could hope to influence the world more than he has.
Andrew Brunet
Sometimes, Aziz wonders if there truly is a place beyond the cycle of reincarnation, where souls are finally free to rest forevermore. Usually such places are reserves for the enlightened and spiritually pure, but Aziz isn't so sure that should remain the case. Still, it seems this new faith still draws from the same old drawn out teachings, to punish the wicked and reward the believers. Aziz hasn't met a god who could keep him down yet, and it is doubtful that there lies one in Andrew's teachings. After all if they truly existed, why haven't they stopped him yet?
Kouki Kamiya
Aziz would tell an insolent whelp like him to train for a thousand years before coming back to be slaughtered by his hand, but the willful glint in this germ's eye tells him it's not an impossibility. It may be better for Aziz to take him out before he becomes something he has to consider as more than dirt beneath his feet, but it could always prove entertaining to see just how far someone would struggle before they mistakenly feel confident enough to take Aziz on. Their best chance would be simply trying to outlive him, but Aziz will come for them far faster than age.
Waffu
A walking talking parasol. Aziz thinks they'll make for a good waterskin for when he feels thirst for things other than fighting, but as for an actual combatant, it'd be hard for him to take them seriously considering all it'd take is a strong enough breeze to pick the Yokai up and drift away.
"Do you shed blood as easily as water? Aziz is in need of leathers which do not stain easily..."
Xana Redsilk
Aziz is no stranger to the dealings of the Redsilk. While he's not participated in such things, to deny their influence would be foolish, even for him. To respect them however is a different matter. She's gotten far by selling out others bodies, but Aziz stands at the top by training his. To languish in luxurious pleasures is for the weak willed and frayed souls. It serves as a proper distraction, filtering out those too weak to live in the City Between without drowning out the noise. There are more important people Aziz wishes to bring down, so they may have their peace, for now.
John Thomas
Another case of a martial artist who's trained their bodies only to leave themselves wide open in the process. A palm to the chest would sever his connection to this world without him ever being aware of his passage between this life and the next. Of course, those who crawl through the dirt with the rest of the animals wouldn't be conscious enough to worry of such things. It seems there's a pattern between the people who spend their time amongst the wildlife, and their lack of perception of the world around them.
Kaine Tsuikikage
This hunter has quite the mouth on her. Aziz is doubtful her bite is anything close to her bark. It'd do more to raze the forest to the ground than to waste time spending energy on someone of no importance, maybe then he'll get to kill something intriguing. To view Kaine as anything more than a passing fly is difficult, for Aziz is already far greater than any beast she's seen before, and his mere existence is enough to demonstrate it.

She's nothing much to speak of. Her piercing gaze should inform her enough that Aziz is not to be trifled with, especially by someone as lowly as them. If she had enough sense, she'd know not to spy on anyone who she couldn't get away from. Were it up to Aziz, her eyes would have been gouged out to teach her humility and to not pry on others, but alas it is a different time and different place then where Aziz was raised, so it'll have to serve as an execution instead of a lesson.

It is no wonder why his services are in high demand. If he wasn't already being swapped between so many hands already, a bid for his permanent allegiances to the sect would have been in order. However, Aziz does not plan to make himself reliant on the idea that he can return from moments of near death so easily. Aziz had done so once before, and it has brought a valuable second chance which won't be wasted by spitting into the face of fate. Aziz will not prevent others from falling into the same folly however, as they chose not to adhere to his warnings.

There should be something said for one who knows he is weak, yet still persists in trying to assist in others becoming stronger... and the word that comes to mind is pathetic. It might be a far of a mercy to let the man drink himself to death instead of giving him the dishonor of a duel he'd never be able to win, but then again, what good is grace offered to a worm? His death may be more influential in producing a more remarkable student than his life of teaching.

Even the smartest germ is still a germ in the end. No matter the people he surrounds himself with, it will never be enough to cover for his own weakness. There is not a single threat against Aziz that can be expected from this man, but his fall may prove entertaining. Maybe he'll fleece the skin from his bones, just to see how his subordinates react. There are so many to choose from, it might be better to slaughter them all at once.

"Who is this whelp? A what? Aziz understands... they are a spirit who inhabits a reflection to receive offerings from those who view their rituals. If that's the case, then Aziz will simply destroy the glass their form resides in. Not even escaping a mortal body can help defend you from Aziz's wrath!" {CRACK}

"Is this the best that the Hellion Mob has to offer? Aziz sees they've grown weak in absence of struggle. They would have cast her to the wayside once they saw how unbecoming of a warrior she is in the past, but just like how rot takes root within even the most tenacious trees, they've grown soft beneath their hardened exterior. I'm afraid not even her death would provide any lesson of value to her peers, for they've already gotten the impression her life was something other than unbecoming. It seems Aziz will be forced to look elsewhere for added strength."
