And Dimpsu, if you are reading this, pls WM2, I need the localized goodies so I don't have to cry on not letting my deck building autism flow, and you know that you can make it a masterpiece, H1 -> UGM5. Also for possible card choices, this won't be 100% complete, hundreds to thousands of combos, just the initial ones that came to my mind that I thought were noteworthy. Also i won't touch apps too much if at all for these deck techs because they're not in my wheel-house, best I can say is use what feels right, PWR LV Limiter on R2/3, maybe Ultra God App if you wounded Vegito (Xeno), there's a missile app for R4/5 that deals 20k damage that you could try to stall towards, won a finals match on stream.
BM10 Masked Black, Broly, and Daddy

So for those who don't know of before, I did try to make a deck for BM10 Masked Black, two things, one, different meta, back when I made it, unit turbo was a strong deck and speed demons were still all the rage, in a land of Aeos, while sure Black is a bit slow and, bait for Aeos's core, that's still very useful considering you can only use units once, and unlike the HR aggro hell of BM11/BM12, Aeos has a range of types more often than not when attacking. And another thing, deck build philosophy, I'd like to think I got better, and this card isn't trying to smash itself with BM10-SEC3 Gogeta (GT) with determination and fucking drugs. Finally, guess it's three things, there's a new Broly (BR) that I found out that kind of breathes new life to the deck.
BM10-068 Masked Black
So his all change gives the allies 4k PWR and 4k HP per all change ally, at R2, while BM8-054 Goku had other things, a big reason he saw play was because of his 10k healing, at R3, but he has more, if you win 3 or more CIs, at the end of the round you halve enemy PWR and PWR LV, this can be rough if you suck at CIs so support with increasing enemy CI speed can be quite useful, and while Aeos unit can be annoying to stop it once, also it can act as bait for if they unit at the start of R2, your 12k PWR is free, their EL Android HA is weak, and your other cards can be free to do their magic, and what happens if this was to activate at the end of R2 again because you're actually good at the game?
UGM3-061 Broly (BR)
So the all change is 2k HP and HE per all-change ally, 2k isn't much compared to Black, and the HE, while noble, isn't worth much, especially in the land of UGM3-068 Vegito (Xeno), so why here? He's a R1 stun card, preventing the enemy from increasing HE based on PWR LV, Killer Instinct, while it's not the greatest thing in the world, but it can really help stem some bleeding, it is enough for the next card on the menu.
UM5-067 Paragus (BR)
When a supporter he restores a bar of STA to all ally attackers, and if you have Broly (BR) among them, generate 3 HE. He also comes with a summon R2 onward that reduces enemy HE by 2 but that's not why he's here, he's consistent STA generation with possible HE generation, if UGM3-068 Vegito (Xeno) isn't around, and if he isn't, than this card does wonders, letting you chill while getting lots of HE, and the summon isn't much so when it gets blocked by Aeos, you're not missing much, most it might do is help close a game out with free damage if the enemy team's really low. He may not bring GRD/DMG reduction like BM8-054 Goku, PWR Generation like BM8-064 Super Hearts, but he's an honest man looking out for his son and friends, with a good deal of HE. Also might have the possibility of trolling the enemy Aeos, depending on how she checks for her Time Prison, she might destroy 2 HE on her own team to disable the summon on a supporter which can have interesting implications, making Masked Black and Broly (BR) sting all that much harder.
Extra All Change
So a thing to remember for All-Change, for the good ones at least, is that it is exponential, for example, if you get a 3rd 3rd All-Change card and select Masked Black as main, not only do you get a 3rd person getting a PWR boost, but that 8k PWR boost becomes 12k, as does the HP boost, so getting a third one can be helpful, but also note, All-change can be versatile as well. What if we don't need extra HP? Well BM10-063 Hearts has it where if he's set as the main, all-change allies can each get PWR LV and GRD, based on the number of all-change allies, at 3 this is 6k fixed PWR LV, to three people, end result is 18k PWR LV, and thanks to Aeos, that 18k is much, much more valuable as you're not competing against BM11-SEC Goku & BM10-071 Bardock. Now for the list of cards.
UM10-CP8 Android 21
Vorefags rejoice, the first time in two blocks, in possibly 4 years that Evil Android 21 might be actually played again, what this card brings is tech against disruption, Ready to Strike Back as the ability, at the PLBP, if you have anyone with less than 100 PWR, they gain 10k PWR, and that's it. The All-change is worthless (1k HP per all change member and that's it), and you want to make sure she's placed last so that she can proc after the Aeos and EL Android HAs of the world.
UM10-CP6 Cumber
Bit of a niche tech, Perfect Chance this time, if you have an ally with 100 or less GRD, he gives that ally 5k GRD/PWR and decreases their CI speed, good against BS Android HAs or UGM2-064 Gohan (SH), not so much against pierce that's somewhat common place, his all change is also worthless being a plain 8k PWR boost to all change members, Black with three members is 12k PWR and 12k HP.
BM10-062 Hearts
Now this boy, he is a good boy, Defensive Stance, which helps you on Round 1, as well as a delicious All-Change, when he's set as main, all members gain 2k GRD and PWR LV per all-change member, so at three, 6k PWR LV for each member means you get 18k PWR LV, before he was a bit of a hard rock since he requires the enemy to not be BM10-071 abusing fucks but in the land of Aeos, fixed PWR LV is king, and 18k is mighty indeed, nothing short of a PWR LV limiter this format will out speed you. The GRD is nice, in theory, if it wasn't always disabled by BM11-SEC3 Goku or other such nonsense but that's why Defensive Stance is good. Also a funny implication is that R2 onward, you can use his transformed state of Super Hearts for unit shenanigans.
UM10-CP3 Cooler
A pitiful thing here only referenced in case you want to be a Cooler fanboy, he has Defensive Stance which is good but the all-change is high-roll at best, a static 4k PWR boost and having the members deal critical STA damage, and this STA damage boost is only for the next attack I think, even if you fear BM7-SEC Goku, this is poor tech against such.
BM3-040 Toppo
Talking about handling assholes that make the meta annoying, Realm of the Strong, sets enemy STA to 1 when the user's an attacker, Toppo has that and all change, meaning he can be a pretty good stun alongside Masked Black's ability, the all change is the same as Cooler and as such I value it extremely low, but Realm of the Strong can be useful.
The Staples of Note
Pardon me but good cards are good, and for all-change, we need a bit of help, so here's a few of the pantheon of Tier 1 I'll take note of. Sorry if these are simpler, they just have many good lines of text and the main thing here is what do you prefer, rarely having much in the way of synergy.
UGM3-068 Vegito (Xeno)
So if Masked Black turns their PWR LV to tissue paper, then why not put the nail on the coffin and say no HE generation? Also comes with 4k PWR LV so you may not feel too bad being more defensive with 12k HP more often than not, also can hit hard enough so that the enemy Vegito (Xeno) doesn't stop you from your big HP jump.
EL Android HA
I'm not sure is really wanted here at all, the goal of the deck is to slow and weaken the opponent, that makes it hard for them to break 8k for the good STA generation, it makes it hard to get the PWR for her to steal, nothing wrong with her though as a contingency in case you suck at CIs or after an Aeos unit.
EL GoD HA
As for the rabbit, we have a supporter all the time so there's a good chance the enemy can have a seventh attacker, which while does feed into her fixed damage, and getting as many CIs as we can get to get the magical 3 or more for Masked Black, it also means we can't get the extra stun effect more often than not unless they're playing around the HP loss, which could give this card merit. Both this and the EL Android HA are ones that merit testing rather than automatic inclusion.

UGM2-065 Piccolo (SH) AND UGM2-064 Gohan (SH) OR UGM3-SEC Gohan (SH) AND UGM5-066 Pan (SH) OR PUMS12-03 Pan (SH)
Strong STA generation that also can help be potent PWR/GRD boost/shredding is very powerful, there's not really a reason to not use this on its own outside of variety's sake and that it takes 3 slots. There is an argument to be made for UGM3-SEC Gohan (SH) in that he increases an enemy's co-op group's CI speed alongside halving PWR/GRD, which is all good and helps with winning CIs for Masked Black, but so does Piccolo (SH) if you use units yourself. For the Pans, UGM5-066 has the SH unit so a free PWR LV Limiter alongside a possibly useful link effect reducing HE requirements for super attacks and making them not able to do a co-op attack, giving you more opportunities for Masked Black. PUMS12-03 Pan has Defensive Stance, Reverse Power Reduction Unit (restores ally PWR if they are less than initial value and doubles damage, good against EL Android HA and friends), and a lock-on that massively reduces STA on the locked-on enemy, screw you BM7-SEC Goku.
UGM3-SEC2 Jiren/Goku
There are other cards that help soften fixed damage like UM12-SEC2 Mechikabura but the problem is that he only halves hit, half of 12k + 6k is still a lot, and Goku's ability's are also welcome too.
UGM2-052 Goku
He is consistent STA generation with a kamehameha rush that promises 3k GRD and 30% DMG reduction and a permanent 2k PWR to everyone per CI you've won this round, very good things here.
UGM4-SEC Vegito
If the enemy doesn't have Aeos, good job, this card does literally everything baring having a pair of tits for good paizuri, halving DMG dealt and their PWR LV while making himself 6k PWR/PWR LV is really strong, the only problem is that all of this can be undone by Aeos, but you can also play around that, if Masked Black forces an early activation, you can have Vegito be a supporter until the unit's been used and then go ham, of course he can also transform safely if you have Vegito (Xeno) or if you're killing them in that round, he hits really hard.
BM12-SEC Goku
Huge PWR boost, nice fixed damage, good STA recovery for anyone that's low on STA, good card if you fear the Gowasu or UGM4-064 Gohan (SH).
Cards of Less Note
UM12-SEC2 Mechikabura
So he's a R1 stun, reducing enemy STA, he also halves their Fixed damage, and if you have 50% or more HP, he also disables HE generation from abilities for the enemy team. The ability doesn't activate when the enemy has an Aeos though so insta-lose to 90% of the meta or however much Aeos is present.
UM9-033 Pan (Xeno)
When an attacker, she'll restore 2 bars of STA to all BS attacking with her, Toppo and Broly are both Berserkers, alongside other possible cards too, the capsule could be neat, giving you more miracle perfects, if Aeos didn't disable it outright, though using it on the enemy disables it and increases their CI speed, if it lands on them at least, capsules are extremely volatile.
UM9-SEC3 Mechikabura
So his ability is that he increases enemy CI speed and reduces their HE based on how many supporters you have when an attacker, this isn't bad, but he requires a type of deck to work and isn't anywhere near instant slapped, if you were to use something like UM10-045 SKoT, BM3-059 Vegeta, and a card that wants him to matter, or BM2-053 Turles, you could make a good argument as you have multiple supporters, but this can very much be a passive deck. The Dark Shenron's nice even if 25% isn't all that much nowadays.
UM10-045 Brainwashed Kai of Time
If she's a supporter, disable enemy Miracle Perfects, increase their CI speed, and if you win the PLBP, disable chance of resurrection, good effects but very passive.
BM11-017 Goku
Really wants support as you need to be fast, but he works as a way to increase their CI while also being a good stun effect in case of BM7-SEC Goku or Aeos shenanigans.
BM5-027 Goku
Remember when this card was common? I do, sodding BM6. So he's good STA generation when an attacker, when a supporter he has a block burst which is nice against fixed damage and other problem cards while also reducing enemy PWR by 3k and permanently increasing their CI speed. While the card has aged, the effects are nice, being able to be both STA generation and CI interference with some PWR disruption on the side.
BM6-064 Goddess Towa
When a supporter, you gain 1 HE and 2k PWR/GRD for your attacking/attacked co-op group, if you have Fu, Super Fu, or King Fu, it'll go to 2 HE and 5k PWR/GRD, if you win a CI, doesn't sound bad but UGM3-068 Vegito (Xeno) can very much blank this card.
BM1-064 Trunks (Xeno)
Whether you're fast or slow, it can help you with either normalizing your CI or increasing enemy CI speed but it's just rare for the enemy to increase your CI speed nowadays.
BM6-ASEC Goku
Similar to Trunks but focusing more on your team, he can be fast but in the land of Aeos, not likely, and it's unlikely you'll Climax either because of Aeos, though if you do get to MUI, because he sets HE to 10 rather than gains you 10 HE, I think he plays around UGM3-068 Vegito (Xeno) funnily enough.

UM6-047 Kami and UM6-048 Oren
So what happens is that if Oren can use her super attack, increase the enemy CI speed and Kami enables her super attack while also lowering 3 enemy attacker's PWR by half (this round only), Oren also recovers her own STA and Kamin's double attack can mean some amount of fixed damage.
BM10-070 Majin Omega Shenron
He's a stun option in case the Masked Black ability's not too hot that also increases their CI speed.
UGM1-063 Broly
What this card does is that at Round 2, he'll increase his PWR by 20k and increase enemy CI speed permanently, boosted to 100k PWR if the enemy has an enemy with 30k PWR which isn't too hard to imagine, El Android HAs and all flying around. He also becomes a giant, giving you an extra CI opportunity that deals 1k fixed damage per HE you have when you attack.

These three are the core of the deck, there wasn't space to add in a 3rd All-change on this as it's heavily leaning towards (SH) shenanigans, the main boon of these card's presence is free HE generation, quick HP generation as well as PWR LV disruption that can necessitate an early Aeos unit activation if you win CIs. 8k may not be as amazing as 15k-20k of Shenron but the PWR LV and PWR halving her can put a stint on disruption.
Hero Avatar, main considerations are BS Female Saiyan, EL Android/GoD HA, BS Kai HA, or HR Android HA
So it depends on what you're thinking of, since you're on a supporter, I don't feel exactly comfortable with EL GoD HA since you may not be able to outpace the enemy attackers and BM10 Black provides good enough stemming of the blood barring BM7-SEC Goku, EL Android HA's STA generation is less likely to proc because of BM10's PWR LV halving, but the PWR disruption is very good, and they may still proc it if you're bad or they used the Aeos unit, and in turn you could use the HR Android HA, still has the PWR disruption but instead of STA generation, he increases enemy CI speed if they break the 8k PWR LV barrier. BS Female Saiyan's referenced here because she can be a huge damage option, in case you wish to blow up the enemy even harder as long as you can win the PLBP. And then the BS Kai HA can be a nice source of speed, 3k PWR LV split among 6 attackers, which is extra HE and speed.
UGM2-065 Piccolo (SH)
Good STA generation alongside possible CI disruption if you use units, and even extra HE after R1 if UGM3-068 on the enemy team's disabled, with a possible CAA/TAA seal if you use Pan and his unit. His impact CAA also is fixed damage, and in general a good card.

UGM2-064 Gohan (SH) OR UGM2-SEC Gohan (SH) OR UGM3-SEC Gohan (SH)
So the pick here is somewhat dependent on what you picked as the 3rd SH card, UGM3-SEC Gohan (SH) can increase some enemies' CI speed as well as GRD/PWR shredding and even fixed damage, all of which are good but he doesn't bring a unit. UGM2-SEC Gohan (SH) can hit really hard if you have Pan (SH), always doubling his PWR and DMG, his unit decreases his CI speed, making it easier to win his CI alongside even more damage, and would even proc Piccolo (SH)'s CI interference easily since it's only at 1 HE, all of this mounting a 10k PWR boost on himself with 5k fixed damage if the enemy had high GRD, and his double dragon fist equates to 8k fixed PWR LV, can't recommend if there's no Pan (SH), since you'd be losing the 2x DMG boost every round and the 1 HE unit. Finally there's UGM2-064 Gohan (SH), the simplest of them all, really good PWR/GRD generation/disruption, with even some extra HE disruption if needed alongside 4x PWR LV for R3 onward after he's transformed, he just comes with no units or synergy himself.

Finally we have either Pan (SH) or Goku (SH), this Pan (SH) was picked in that she had a simple unit, reverse PWR reduction unit which, for 2 HE, restores all ally PWR to normal and doubles their damage, a harsh reaction to EL Android HA's PWR disruption, alongside Defensive Stance to help offer defense, and a lock-on that deals Critical STA damage which is good against BM7-SEC since I'm not really sure on UGM4-064 Gohan (SH) on this deck. THen there's UGM4-062 Goku (SH), he comes with a STA buster unit, where on activation he lowers all STA to 1, as well as Solid Tactics, in which he restores 2 bars of STA to all allies after using a unit, the order of this makes it where he activates after using his unit meaning you'll guarantee winning PLBP 99% of the time, he can also work well with UGM4-064 Gohan (SH) if that is your preference, since that Gohan (SH) has a unit with Goku (SH) meaning you can double dip on Piccolo (SH)'s unit effects.

Welcome to a more good-stuff orientated core with Hearts here as a strong 3rd all-change card, he has defensive stance, good for R1 defense, his all change is 2k PWR LV and GRD to all all-change members per all-change member, meaning in this deck it's 6k PWR LV and GRD to 3 members, or 18k PWR LV, which is no small amount in this deck, of course if you need healing, now it's 12k HP instead of 8k, which is a real nice number to get as quickly as R2 considering Shenron, is 10k normally and BM8-054 Goku is locked to R3 onwards.
Hero Avatar, main considerations are BS Female Saiyan, EL Android/GoD HA, BS Kai HA, or HR Android HA

UGM3-SEC2 Jiren/Goku
Very much a flexible slots, BM8-054 Goku could've been here, just figured with Vegito (Xeno), you want to keep your HP high for a couple of rounds, and while Defensive Stance helps round 1, it doesn't against UGM4-SEC2 Gotenks if that's a card you fear, it could also be any number of different cards depending on your needs.
UGM3-068 Vegito (Xeno)
Since Broly disables HE based on PWR LV, how about we add in disabling it from abilities as well, he also hits hard, has fixed PWR LV to incentivize healing when needed, and can damage enemy healing if you're good. Also helps with securing the fixed PWR LV because Aeos does indeed disable that if she has more HE than you, for some reason. Note, I noticed this after I typed out everything else, Aeos is cool, adult could've worked if she wasn't meant to be the kai of pastel, but holy fuck is UGM1-SEC the obscenely overtuned garbage the likes of which not even Yugioh can compare AND THEY'RE RIGHT NOW ON THEIR OWN TIER 0 PROBLEM!

For this deck we're planning on utilizing Heart's transformed state of Super Hearts to be a bit of a unit turbo deck, while there's only two, these two can act as a strong core for either 8k fixed PWR LV or 8k HP depending on the circumstance. Hearts himself also has Defensive stance to help with early game defense. Finally there's the HA, which is flexible depending on needs, could be BS Kai HA for speed, EL Android HA/HR Android HA for defense and either CI interference or STA generation, even BS Saiyan male/female for raw damage. Also note type matters here since we want to have the most CI opportunities to help guarantee Masked Black's effect. Hearts, Masked Black, and Goku (Xeno) are all HR types at a baseline, and if you use PCS17-01 Vegeta (Xeno), you have over half the deck as HR.
PBBS11-04 Goku (Xeno)
Our STA generation of the crew, he also is the only one with a unit for Super Hearts with Solid Tactics, which has it where if you use a unit, generate 2 bars of STA to the team, admittedly the unit on this card is very fucking posh, this deck kind of works on the idea that perhaps you may not be facing against Aeos 7/10 matches, and as such you won't have to deal with everything she does, in this case sealing resurrections. UGM5 Kai of Time that disabled the Aeos Resurrection seal was very tempting, but her unit members called for Trunks (Xeno) and Goku, not Goku (Xeno), so she didn't fit.

PCS16-10 Vegeta (Xeno) OR PCS17-01 Vegeta (Xeno) OR SH2-051 Vegeta (Xeno)
So each of these fulfills a sort of deck branch, PCS16-10 Vegeta (Xeno) is 40% dmg reduction when a supporter with a block burst, really solid things even if against BM7-SEC2 Masked Black since it handles with fixed damage attackers and BM11-SEC3 Goku. Of course, if you want to use a more offense, you can either try to raise ally PWR with PCS17-01 Vegeta (Xeno) which has Pride of Battle (permanent 2k PWR to all allies per HE you have over the enemy), rough to do here admittedly since we don't have Broly (BR) to tamper enemy's HE R1 but with Black's slow-down effect, you could be fine theoretically afterwards, especially with the aggression this can at times command. Of course if PWR boosting isn't preferred, there's SH2-051 Vegeta (Xeno) who welcomes 3k Fixed damage, a super energy that reduces an enemy's GRD to 1, which opens up BS Demon God HA shenanigans and possibly frees up Trunks' slot a bit, and a free unit that gives everyone PWR for one round based on your HE (2k per HE).

BMP-15 Trunks (Xeno) OR UM12-052 Trunks (Xeno) OR HJ6-063 Trunks (Xeno) OR UGM1-053 Trunks (Xeno)
BMP-15 Trunks (Xeno) is a unitless Trunks (Xeno) that gives everyone 5k PWR, STA DMG resistance, and energy guard after you've used a unit, all of this is really nice and synergizes with PCS17-01 Vegeta (Xeno) but he is also a HR, so be wary, may want 2 EL if you're going for 4 HR so that UGM1-SEC2 Goku/Vegeta doesn't destroy your damage, this is not too known to me though if it'll keep the EL HR BS order. His ultimate slash also helps lower enemy HE. UM12-052 Trunks (Xeno) is for a more defensive deck, generating a bar of STA and 25% DMG reduction for your team if your PWR is less than the enemy, nigh guaranteed after EL Android HA, but not the greatest perhaps if you're using PWR generation like PCS17-01 Vegeta (Xeno), he also has a Keysword that sets an enemy's GRD to 1 for some BS Demon God HA shenanigans as well as the general utility of keysword locks, if you win the CI, same as with BMP-15, this Trunks is a HR so be aware. For the third pick, there's HJ6-063 Trunks (Xeno), an EL with the oldie that is Xeno Messenger as his ability, where if you win the PLBP, set enemy GRD to 1 this round only, this gets around GRD pierce hate like UGM3-SEC2 JIren/Goku as well as Aeos' unit, of course that's all he does, he has a ki blast that does 4x damage, but that's R4 onwards, someone's most likely dead before hand. Note for HJ6-63 Trunks (Xeno), it might be best to make sure he's in last so that he can happen after GRD boosting effects like ABS-015 Gogeta (GT) or BM8-054 Goku. Finally it's UGM1-053 Trunks (Xeno), a BS that comes with no unit and instead, when he attacks he reduces a high-STA enemy's PWR/GRD by 3k and STA by 2 bars I think, data was not forthcoming on this, if he transforms into SSG, it's -5k PWR/GRD with the STA damage to three enemy attackers high with STA, really nice against a certain BM7-SEC, and the one main tech of that avaliable here, the transformation triples Trunks' own PWR and gives him 3k fixed damage on his special attack, which can be nice if you can win CIs.
Final Slot (Pt 1, anyone but the SKoD please)
So if you couldn't tell by the headline, the final slot is very versatile, just very much dependent on what you want/need/prefer, it's separated into two parts to make it easier to read, and that the second part is very much to the boss of the past, and all the intricacies within. This segment could also be known as either the "Hey Carddass, could you please let us sort by unit member(s) for SDBH?", though admittedly that's for the process of this entire deck, not just looking at the SKoT's cards, or "Please don't be form-locked unit members", while in BM/UGM, unit members were almost guaranteed to be generic, this was not the same for UM and before, where some units not only required a Trunks (Xeno), but only base-form Trunks (Xeno), we're working on the idea that they are generic because the less bullets in my head, the better, or so I've heard.

SH8-SCP3 Goten (Xeno) OR BM7-053 Gohan (Xeno) OR BM12-HCP7 Gohan (Xeno) OR UGM2-057 Pan (Xeno) OR UGM4-051 Pan (Xeno)
So Goten (Xeno) brings a couple of nice things, first he's an EL, and is very much into the idea that PWR disruption's gay, his ability is Ready to Strike Back, giving any ally with 100 or less PWR 10k PWR (this round only), and his unit is Reverse PWR Reduction Unit, for 2 HE, he restores PWR of all allies to normal and doubles their DMG if restored this way, just chef's kiss as a way to tell UGM4 Bardock in Black to fuck himself alongside any other shenanigans like UGM1 Aeos, and then he comes with a Shenron which can act as either 3k HP, to allow for Hearts to be the main all change, or a bar of STA with free 3k PWR, just wonderful card, only asterisk is if you're going for heavy PWR generation focus, at which point this card may not be too amazing. BM7-053 Gohan (Xeno) is our best Hellfire God Meteor tech, so his unit is a 3 HE that disables DMG multiplication effects for the unit members and triples their PWR, timing wise this 3x of PWR isn't that great I think as it's too early for the PWR generation, but it's something against Hellfire God Meteor and friends, he also comes with Solid Tactics, which either means you'll get 4 bars per unit with Goku (Xeno), or you replace PBSS11-04 Goku (Xeno) with another Goku (Xeno), and just keep Hearts as Defensive Stance + Good All-Change, though UGM3-061 Broly (BR) could be used to synergize with PCS17-01 Vegeta (Xeno). even if that means you're a bit squishier, depending on the Goku (Xeno) of course you put in, this could be used as the final slot with the others but also is separate because he makes an argument for a change in the deck structure, blessed is Heroes autism. BM12-HCP7 Gohan (Xeno) is thankfully simpler, he comes with a unit that prevents HE generation by PWR LV for the enemy team, nice if you're on the PCS17-01 Vegeta (Xeno), and while he is a HR, he comes with a godbird which makes the linked attacker unable to be in a co-op attack, an extra CI for Masked Black, and easier to get perfects, which is really appreciated, the godbird's not much, 1.5x Special Move damage but it's something. UGM2-057 Pan (Xeno) comes with a keysword that reduces enemy STA, nice, the unit is Time Patrol (reset CI to normal and prevent change to all allies), not really too good since CI intereference is rare but it's 2 HE so easy STA generation, is a BS with a godbird, 2k GRD is flavor text but just having a godbird is really appreciated. FInally in this part is UGM4-051 Pan (Xeno), she comes with a PWR LV Limiter Unit alongside a link ability that recovers an ally's STA and slows their CI speed, the former is really welcome in case you're against another fast deck and you're not winning the CIs, and the latter is nice as extra STA for one guy and making sure they can win the CIs easier.

So SH8-052 Kai of Time, in World Mission, her unit is a 3 HE unit that gives everyone on the team 1k Fixed PWR LV and increased miracle perfects, a thing her ability and shenron also give, problem, Aeos disables miracle perfects from the get go, but she doesn't disable the 7k Fixed PWR as easily, or the STA/HP generation from her shenron, so that's why she's here, I don't think you'd want her as a supporter even if the miracle perfects weren't sealed since she can mean extra speed for everyone, and is an EL for CI count, and if MPs aren't sealed, well that's good to help Masked Black sometimes, Miracle Perfects are bullshit. BM1-066 Kai of Time, has a 2 HE unti that disables super abilities on the enemy team, Climaxes and summons, not too good here since the most common ones usually activate R1, but if somehow it's not fully done on R1, she could prevent the full transformation for R2, the main allure is her keysword lock, 70% reduced damage regardless of result on the lock itself, and her godbird, a whopping 5k HP if you win with a perfect, she is a HR so be wary of that. These help make it safer to go for the PWR LV from Hearts, and that's kind of a consistent line for the Supreme Kai of Time, she's mostly defensive with little extra offensive pressure, so you may want a more aggressive Trunks (Xeno)/Vegeta (Xeno) for a more cohesive deck. UGM1-059 SKoT has a Hellfire God Meteor, which might have the result of reducing enemy attackers and thus CI opportunities, but is also really good defensively, her unit is the same as SH8's, 1k Fixed PWR LV to all members of your team and more MPs, and she comes with a godbird, 10% dmg reduction is flavor text, she's also a HR, which could be a problem depending on the other slots. UGM2-058 is more here for the unit, for 4 HE, gain 5k HP and restore all ally STA by 2 bars, really nice, but the main issue are that her other attributes leave much to be desired, her Draw halves someone's PWR LV, which isn't bad on paper but is random so unlikely you'll get to hit the UGM4-SEC Vegito on the enemy team, and her ability, isn't that great here, Divine Powers, where as a supporter she disables DMG increases on the enemy team, is good in a land of Berserkus, here? UGM3-SEC2 Jiren, UGM3-068 Vegito (Xeno), and UGM4-SEC Vegito are probably your main hits, you'd rather reduce enemy PWR or fixed damage nowadays, though it could be welcome to have if you come across them, she also is an EL. BM10-CP6 Kai of Time is firstly a BS, and comes with the same unit as SH8-052, but there's more, she comes with an Ultimate Lock-On that halves enemy DMG dealt, really nice since Awoken Bursts are no joke, and her ability is that at the start of R2, she'll heal 1k HP per ally you have that shares her type, BS here, and restores them 1 bar of STA, she might incentivize having a BS HA but that's dependent on other choices. BM12-HCP8 Kai of Time is very similar to UGM1-059, same unit, has a godbird, an EL instead of HR, but no CAA and her godbird gives 1.5x PWR LV, which might help, maybe, little reason to run over UGM1-059 unless you really need an EL for Masked Black. Finally is PBBS-07, also in World Mission, she's a BS that shares the same unit as SH8-052 but comes with a double attack, which is just free damage, and the ability as a supporter to lower ally attacker CIs down a hitch, which could help winning CIs but I highly doubt it.

These three are the core of the deck, there wasn't space to add in a 3rd All-change on this as it's heavily leaning towards (SH) shenanigans, the main boon of these card's presence is free HE generation, quick HP generation as well as PWR LV disruption that can necessitate an early Aeos unit activation if you win CIs. 8k may not be as amazing as 15k-20k of Shenron but the PWR LV and PWR halving her can put the breaks on the enemy. Note that for the HA, it's versatility here, reflect on your meta needs, maybe Aeos isn't common and the Android HA's not favorable, maybe decks are slower normally so a GoD HA may be more preferred, all depends. Maybe you want to have a much stronger All-Change and have the SS4LB Note for big damage.
BM3-059 Vegeta
So timing's a funny thing, because Paragus (BR) gives STA when attackers are decided, he does it before the PLBP meaning he can boost Vegeta's fixed PWR LV as long as Paragus (BR) is registered before Vegeta, meaning you'll get a nice 20k PWR LV on R1, even if none of it equates to HE, but you can proc shenanigans.
BM10-SEC2 Masked Black
Greetings to the gentleman we're using as the reason to run Vegeta, if you win the PLBP, everyone on the enemy team targets this card, and when attacked, he gains HP/PWR/GRD/PWR LV depending on the CI result, if you win, 3k HP and 6k PWR/GRD/PWR LV, otherwise it's 1k HP and 2k PWR/GRD/PWR LV, which can be useful to endure enemy onslaughts while also increasing speed.
UM9-SEC3 Mechikabura
Now this is a filler slot, literally hundreds of cards could be here, depending on what is needed, for this deck, I figured that UGM5-SEC2 Aeos originally could be fun, considering Paragus (BR) and Vegeta, you most likely have 2 supporters, and depending on how things go, you could argue for others in the support area for STA generation/proc her ability seal for the whole round. You may want BM10-062 Hearts for more all-change goodness and Defensive Stance, but for this I choose Mechikabura. When an attacker, he increases enemy CI speed and reduces their HE based on how many supporters you have, in this case 2 at minumum, then add the dark shenron which is either fixed damage or STA damage that can result in a stun alongside reducing dmg dealt by 25%, not great but certainly helps with everything else.
