Summary:
al-Khilāfah is a radical state intent on conquest and havock around the world by Jihad and the word of al-Watamelon the Prophet. No one is safe from us, not Holos, Nijis nor Indies. Economy:
The economy is based on one thing, Watermelons. Watermelons are love, Watermelons are life. Anyone who does not like Watermelons must be forced to like them in one way or another. Watermelons are our currency; Watermelons show our love of Watamelon.
To wage holy war against the infidels, we have been forced to produce weapons, many ships large and small, cannons, bombs, etc. Material goods and luxury goods are considered to be worthless and thus we only produce simple things that we need for life.

Our army consists of fearless holy warriors dedicated to the cause. They are the sword of Watame

Navy

If the Army is the Sword of Watame, the Navy is the Horse of Watame. The navy is an extremely important branch for the success of the Jihad, and as a result is rather large. Slaving is a crucial part of the navies philosophy and many crew members are slaves of some sort. Furthermore, the navy has been built to serve three purposes:
Raid, Terrorize and Slave other powers
Bring the Jihad to other nations
Fend off invaders from the holy land
The Piyade are the marine specialist warriors that serve aboard naval ships that excel in boarding tactics and raiding. They are armed with Muskets, Swords, and Hand Mortars which the use to great effect.
The Navy is composed of a variety of ships.
The Backbone of the Navy is the Xebec, which has replaced the galley as the ideal ships of the Navy. Armed with 20 to 30 guns, faster than any frigates and able to out fight nearly all lighter ships, Xebecs bring terror to the Alivirian Sea and Anykarian Sea. Like all ships, they are built for great speed and are faster than even ships from the black fleet thanks to the special cloth that comes from Watamelon Sheep wool.
Galleys are used in smaller numbers to conduct coastal raids but have been largely phased out.
The navy has a number of heavy frigates, which are larger than normal frigates and carry more guns. These Frigates are the most fear vessels of the fleet because they can outduel pretty much any vessel of equal or smaller size and run away from larger ships.
A Few ships of the line have been captured over the years from the various navies of the region and these ships are usually kept in port in case the Black Fleet or the Imperial Navy decides to do something.
Bomb Ketches, Fireships, Demolition ships and others also play a key role in both offensive and defense operations.

The most debauched and haram people in the world. They care only for wealth and hedonism. Soon, the Sword of Watame will fall upon them and slaughter them all. No amount of money can save you from the Holiness of our Cause. Given their proximity, they are also an ideal target. Priority Level 8

A wicked nation that worships the Whore of Time herself. It will take a while for us to truly defeat them as other powers stand in our way, but one day the clock with strike midnight and this nation will fall to our banner. Priority Level 3
Kaiserreich
The land of the Phoenix will become the land of its ashes in due time. But this time, what arises from their ashes will be the true religion. Priority Level 3
Kingdom of Oiseau
We already have a foothold in this Kingdom which will be our launchpad for the conquest of the region! But we must take care of the Black Fleet before any progress on them can be made. Priority Level 7
