culture

i think our nation is big enough to have many culture group and peoples. the "invasion" would determine much of this i think, and where they settled would determine much. i read the 774 army history and i believe south would be more greek while north and centre more slav, maybe centre east more iranian?

Ironing it out

South of Rhoedias River and directly northeast from the river to 774: Antiochian (Greek) culture remains dominate. Perhaps some in regions minority caucausian native culture in mountain? Megalos, Protomedeia, Dione, Laomedeia and Opis regions
Between Rhoedias and Olynthiakos to Pippas river basin, and up to Tzimisca: Greco-Slavic culture (Syndeoneian). Captial itself largely speaks its old tongue while other city have the mix tongue which uses (Greek) alphabet and slavic words.
Galatea and Doris, north of Bisaltes river to the 774 border. stops north around Thera: much more heavily slavic culture, with minor antiochian influence
Lysianassa: Greco-Persian-Slavic Mix, leaning more towards persian as the greco part has faded. voms rep can tell us what this looks like.

But what slavic culture? South slavic, bulgarian, and Serbian. I am russian and serbia so bulgarian not native to me. maybe some Aromanians and Meglenitis too?

religion

our religion should adopt the same "structure" as the former masters of the land. perhaps not at first, but eventually this happens. same thing with many of the cultural aspects would be mix of old and new.

general doctrine

official doctrine is that all goddesses equal, all connected (word play) and serve roles. In city, at least church will be dedicate to each goddess and the big cathedral to all 15. bigger city have more in general. The spirit of faith is ultimate to have fun and be connected by love of the goddesses as is the mission of company itself. Toleration towards "phase friends" which are AkioAIR, Prism, Tsunderia, Kawaii, Idol Corp, Yubicraft which i see has ecumenical relations. notice how myspace is no longer part of this. vshojo is generally hated, as are some in lig. I am not sure about holo or niji but what i think is it depends on the primary diety, such as lia loving pomu for example so lia likers tolerate nijisanji while pippa loves hololive so Capippalists would be more tolerate to hololive. Voms is never mentioned but never seen a bad word said on them ever on the board really.

our jp branch is practically forgotten and this can be represented by them getting little attention in service and in practitioners.

i think ritual post should be seen as part of divine litergy, with things like "no pippants, no pippanties" as example.

tensions
religious tension from Pippa supremacists is regular and hard to fix. not all Capippalists like this but they are a general annoyance to many in /pcg/ as even if lia likers love lia, lia is not used to shit on other girls and same for most others. it has got worse since recently pippa popularity imo.

tension about the first seven (gen 1) and second six (gen 2). Invaders are accepted in both mostly but the tension come from gen 1 supremists as gen 2 does not start things. there are many complaints about most of gen 2 in general aside from panko, and remi really; shiina, and rie get a lot of shit.

numberfags are problem, as are dramafags. things also get off topic but how do you show?

other thoughts

religion and culture are hand in hand, and despite the culture differences that i show, the different language speaks with worship same dieties.

government

i assume many of the titles and structures of the old government be adopted for legtimacy by us. 774 did so well to tell in lore about this in some ways. other aspect, not sure yet.

legitimacy comes from the Ecumenical Patriarach, and unity. not in favour of having emperor subvierte to religion totally but a balance where both check each other so that the Emperor can replace the religious leader for certain reason such as being unable to work with him (the concept is Emperor and Church work together.), being a heretic, undermine his secular power, and break with doctrine.

Absolutism would be something that is a struggle between landed dynatoi and emperor. Not feudal but rather more complex since feudal out of date. think of aspects of powerful vassal being mad at you in crusader kings for not having place on council but make their power come more from prestige, wealth and family than military. The rebellions of humilation war would be result of the Ecumenical Patriarach declaring the Emperor unfit and a heretic, and but the civil wars would break back of the military power of the vassals leading to reform that removes that feudalism in large effect.

Powerful landed dynatoi would serve as governors in their regions for crown, but Emperor will pick who it is. Our province system need to be made.

role of the CIO is something i need to discuss with 2434 and sol. i really think that the CIO need to adopt strategy of divide and conquer, if their goal is colonization in end. play on the tension between dynatoi, emperor and even the religious ones well. i think present yourself as good was mentioned and that is good but I think that some things need to change as national defense is likely different than when economical document was made as voms, 774 and myspace exist along with vsj. The cio would be smart to allow the army to be funded so that their investments can be protected. i know they are playing us already in the north.

emperor that came to power in wars chaos, ioannes v, would be seen in my eyes as illegitimate by the population and many nobles. eventually, i think this leads to civil war and perhaps cio supports the other side to get him overthrown.

i am unsure about serfdom and slavery, need more research but i think that the dynatoi would dominate the lands in general and local politics. but there needs to be balance between crown and nobles over this. Crown land in my view needs to be large but unsure how it works with people overthrown and such. Church would own land too though need to study eastern empire and russian empire to understand this. perhaps they do not. merchant class would exist but i know little of how it works in this so i need help.
