The Clock with a Blue Ribbon and the Moon Bunny Girl.

a traditional /∞/ children's tale

There was a time in a block land,
where its creatures played along all day,
they explored, mined and built,
across the territory and under it.

Between the inhabitants there was,
this Clock with a Blue Ribbon,
whom while friendly liked to be alone,
so she made a huge hidden cave as a home.

For a time the Clock was happy,
when she played alone or with others,
but those times ended without reason why,
and she stayed forgotten under the land.

Asleep felt the Clock inside the cave,
when the adventures to a halt came,
blue her feelings were in the slumber,
while inactive she became down under.

The Clock passion still burned inside,
her desire to play again was alive,
that occasionally she ringed her alarm unprompted,
and the sound echoed all over her home.

The ringing sound escaped the cave,
and reached as far as the moon,
where a Bunny Girl lived there,
who understand it as a call to be have fun.

Then a message she made,
in a tiny comet send it,
to the innards of the cave,
where the Clock rested.

The celestial body crashed on the dormant Clock,
exploded in a letter that said 'go up',
the barely awaken mechanic wonder obeyed,
and at her front door a light stairway waited.

The moon native scolded the mechanic one,
'Why did you stopped doing what you liked, Clock?'
with severe tone but friendly intent,
'I don't know what to do anymore', the latter complained.

'There is so much to do, come with me, '
the Bunny Girl said while the Clock hand grabbed,
to a distant land they traveled,
through a magical water well they arrived.

The Clock Blue Ribbon shined with,
the lights of the marvels the place had,
such in a awe she was that bad words escaped her mouth,
while the Bunny Girl laughed about that.

'See this wonders, you little Clock?' she said,
'Things like this can be made',
'I don't know how or if able I am', Clock counter,
'nonsense, let me teach you how to make them'.

Back to the place they encountered,
the Moon Bunny Girl as teacher behave,
and the Clock listened and learned,
about both rune magic and levers.

Time flew by and between them,
a beautiful bond emerged,
while confused she was with the lessons,
the Clock enjoyed it every second.

Eventually the adventure had to end,
but they promised to meet again,
the Moon Bunny Girl opened up to the Clock,
'I want a friendship, sometimes I too feel alone.'

Touched the Clock's heart was,
joy filled her body all,
'friends we will be,' she retort,
and laughing with high and lows the Bunny Girl respond.

The time came for the Moon native to leave,
but sad the goodbye wasn't it,
as they promised to play again,
and make their friendship to grown to great heights.
