An Offer of Alliance and Frienship, from Infinity to members of the Council

Infinite considers the Council generals in high regard because their relationship between goddesses.
Regardless, our technology has strict lore surrounding its use and also its use has generated countless turmoils to /inf/, so we're extremely cautious about its sharing without reassurance it won't be used against us.
While /inf/ doesn't give up on the proposal of a mutual defense alliance, we're reconsidering our trading of technology. Given that our priority is and always will be sovereign, ours and of friendly nations, we will offer to Council members a distinct deal: a simple non-aggregation pact and political support of our sovereign in case of it being in danger.
The mutual defense alliance pact is still on the table and very much on our interest, but we want to discuss it at a pace that is comfortable to the parts involved and without trading interfering with it. We're reasonable people, beside what our image to the world is, which we are looking to change.
To clear misunderstandings, all members of Council are invited to our nation for diplomatic talks. Our 12 priestess will offer inside knowledge of why our treat deals are pushed this way, explaining our historical and cultural growing pains; later, our political and economic representatives can talk about specifics. This invitation doesn't bind you to any degree of acceptance of deals.
We acknowledge the particular case of /nasa/, and we offer accelerated talks about trading our technology, we'll receive them on our thread to cut a deal immediately if desired. Given their dire situation they are in, we might agree to a delayed effect agreement, where /nasa/ and /inf/ share technology and progress equally, non-defense or military agreement in place only after they recover and become a healthy and strong nation again. We want the world to know that our internal turmoils that affected diplomatic relationship are in the past, and if surfaced at /world/ level, direct contact with our ambassador should be the way to clear any misunderstanding.
