Trade Treaties of the 10th Century between the Tsukinode Teikoku and Rose Tribes.

Note that because of the nature of Sunwalkers, these treaties have to be vague.

1. The acceptance of various waystations along the coast of Rose.
   Note: These will start out as just waystations on the valuable trade route to Pingviinilä-Wælseaxna that were just built without consent because the Empire did not know the locals nor if the lands were populated. Perhaps after conflict, the locals eventually would agree to a treaty. Some of these do not grow much but others expand into Entrepôts.
2. The trade of goods between the local tribes and the merchants of the Empire.
3. The construction of the Lighthouse at Cap l’espoir Désespéré (Cape Desperate Hope).
4. Further negotiations in the future.
   Note: This sets up other possibilities such as the establishment of Sunwalker Foundries, Sailing, and other things
