Blamed for all evils, they left me here to rot my life away. [missing text for several sentences] What has I done to deserve this fate? I followed orders to the letter, was called by the Captain as a model sailor and [missing text for several sentences.] But here I am, on this island alone because my accusers believed it was right! It is not the weather that haunts me. It has been rather pleasant. It is not the food nor water, I have plenty. It is not my physical health. No, It is the loneliness and depression I have been struck with that have made me miserable. I had started to build a boat to return home, but I long ago abandoned it because I know I shall not be welcomed. My once high spirit to fight on has been crushed under the weight of the agony of my reality. They drove me out for their own desires and cared not for me. Those who considered me friends were liars and tricked me. May they burn in hell. May all of those who spread false rumors and talk foully of the innocent meet a worse fate than me. For my life shall end on my own terms, by my own hands. May they never receive such an honourable fate from the divines! To those who read this, pity not my fate but rather know that these bastards by the names of [ineligible for the rest of the sentence.] Do an old sailor a favour and use my words as testimony that they may be keelhauled. To my [ineligible] I will see you in the next life, [ineligible for the rest of the paragraph.]
