Tldr/Speedrun:

Step 2: download Python 3.10.9 and install it (do not forget to activate the PATH option as you install python) https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.10.9/python-3.10.9-amd64.exe
Step 3: In the "Naifu" file acquired with the torrent magnet, right click and extract here the "program.zip" file using 7zip
Step 4: double click "setup.bat" and wait for it to import the required files, it will take some times
Step 5: once everything have been installed, launch "run.bat" and wait for it to give you the greenlight
Step 6: open your browser and connect yourself to "http://localhost:6969/"
Step 7: congratulation, you can now create your own waifus!
