Treaty of Megahraja

Notice: Before you type angry words, understand loves that several of these points are merely for flavour such as 1 and 4. There is no meta play here and the overall purpose is to make a good trade deal for both sides

Only KAG approved Trade Companies such as Miyatsuko Zaibatsu, may trade in the South.
Leontyne and Alstroemeria will be Company Ports in the context that both that government and the Company own them legally by the means of a Charter. This Charter lasts 150 years.
- The KAG will use both cities as entrepots and major shipyards for its own merchantfleet. There will be two different types "shipyards", with the KAG and Shrivastava Empire owning different ones to prevent backlog.
- The KAG will settle Dilupakani peoples in these cities and they will be the ones conducting business on the local level with the Shrivastava Empire while the KAG will over the years attempt to get them into management positions locally through training.
- The KAG will, with the assistance of the Imperial Tsukinode Navy and Oiseau Navy, help establish the Shrivastavan Fleet and intends for both of these harbours to be the main military ports for the Shrivastavans. Naval Colleges will be constructed too.
- The KAG will support the establishment of two modern Universities in the twins. with Aloestromeria in particular focused of the humanities and specializing in history while Leontyne being focused on business and security management.
- The KAG will maintain a fort to ensure that their rights are respected that will be vacated when/if the charter expires.
- Along with the other rights, Corvee Labour will be used as payment for these cities.
The KAG and its associates within the Empire as a whole will not be subject to the Nut Tribute in any way, but shall pay taxes in the manner which His Imperial Majesty wishes. Furthermore, the freedom of worship, construction of temples, and religious rights of the KAG and its associates shall be honoured.
The Shrivastava Empire will be willing to defend and protect the rights of the KAG within other Tupai regions through its spot on the Council and other means.
The KAG will not import any items deemed to be contraband and any request to search KAG vessels docked will be honoured.
All KAG goods are not allowed to be purchased by nuts directly from the KAG. Something of equal value, whether it be currency or actually valuable goods shall payments be made in.
The KAG will extended a 7% Interest Loan to the Shrivastava that will have payments start in 30 years from the signing date. As before, all payments will be made in currency, tax excemptions or actually valuable goods. This loan will be determined in future assessments.
Outside of the two company ports, the KAG will abide by the customs of the land aside from the Nut Tax.
The KAG will be excempt from taxes for 5 years on imported goods.
The KAG will advise his Imperial Majesty on economical matters if he so desires.
The KAG cannot make unreasonable demands to his Imperial Majesty nor and forbidden to own assets outside of their designated cities.
The KAG will support the creation of a subsidiary Shrivastavan Trade Company that will be beholden to his Imperial Majesty under the KAG's supervision. The details may be discussed at a later time.
The KAG use its leverage within the Tsukinode Empire and other states to help provide favourable deals to the Shrivastava Empire diplomatically.
The KAG will trade fairly and reasonably with the Tupai within the Shrivastava Empire, and the same is expected of the Shrivastava Empire. All terms will be upheld and any dispute that cannot be resolved may be appealed to a party with mutual interest in the KAG and the Shrivastava Empire.
May the Kami and Risu punish any party which breaks this agreement in full, and by their grace shall all words written by true.
