Uuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh how about helping Kronii calm down? There was a problem, not necessarily her ISP. Maybe you bought something and had to return it but man the people there took their time taking the thing back, or something like that. While you did manage to solve it, Kronii's still pissed off. How can you help her? Go drive around town searching for an ice-cream truck? (even though she knows the schedule of every truck) Make her a nice meal? Pamper her a bit? Or just let her vent?
