In order from best to worst. Between each tier is a big gap. Based on power and the ability to acquire power in the setting and compared to other blessings. Most blessings in Good tier and below can easily switch positions with those in their own tier.
My thoughts on some of the blessings:
Broken:
Empyrean Prince (Beyond Broken): Starts off as a god. Easy multiversal travel and transportation. Unlimited exponential scaling via conquest and religion (population). Guarantees with nigh certainty control over a huge part of the multiverse. Can bring parts of the Dreamlands into the Waking World. Not very powerful in the Waking World, but beings that are powerful in the Waking World aren't very powerful in the Dreamlands either. So op that the author retconned the Dreamlands to nerf him.
Protocol FULCRUM (Great): Willpower scaling op. Realistically, anon doesn't have enough to be op with it, but it's still Great tier because his mentors and alliance mates will whip him up to shape.
Impeccable Reaper: Can "copy physical, martial techniques on sight" and has "Fated Attack, where your Dark Smite is guaranteed to hit an opponent you can see, bypassing all obstacles, wards or even conceptual defenses".
Gathering Rage (Decent): Anon just needs to not have sex (mission impossible).
Repeated Armament (Decent): Can give nigh invincibility, but anon isn't anywhere close to having enough pain tolerance to use it to its full potential.
Almost Broken:
Dark Sovereign: THE minion blessing, all others pale in comparison.
Man of the Purple Rose (Good): Unfortunate circumstance of build-blessing incompatibility. Not anon's fault.
Great:
Apex Hunter: Extremely easy Mark conditions, insane information gathering on the Marked being that allows for huge preparation advantage, and very powerful debuffs. Works best with a team. Lives up to its name.
Father's Paladin: Extremely strong. Easy conditions for Heretic Brand to activate.
Grand Harbinger (Decent): Descendants are very strong. Normal ones should be between superior minions and Gifts in power. This blessing greatly improves them and has a good scaling ability. Unfortunately, anon took Single Root, which basically half kills this blessing.
Creeping Conquest: Very good for conquest and therefor very high ability to acquire power, but not enough special or overwhelmingly powerful abilities to be ranked higher.
Leviathan Pursuit (Bad): Very strong, but anon has Beacon and is BLIND, so enemies easily detect him and catching escaping targets is exceedingly difficult. Absolute bottom of the barrel build.
Remnant Chronicler: Great knowledge, connections, and trading, but too dependent on others.
Overlapped Technique: At minimum doubles the user's power, but the real value comes from using souls stronger than the user. The methods to consistently do so are troublesome though, such as constantly taking loans from more powerful beings.
Center of Knowledge: The improved learning and parallel thought process are good. "absorb the souls of enemies to acquire parts of information they hold" is garbage because there's no reason to do so instead of soul searching normally. Relearning what is transferred to orbs is time consuming, but this has some use in letting someone learn things they normally suck at. The knowledge sacrifice is somewhat hard to use at first, but when anon gets some extremely high value secret knowledge that can easily be relearned, he can sacrifice it over and over, so it is extremely powerful.
Good:
Dark Justice Nightmare Strike: Powerful, but the special Dark Smite having the condition of basically almost winning to be usable is too big of a restriction. This blessing greatly boosts the power of Dark Smite in the Dreamlands, but not anything else, so while he can punch above his weight there, it's not by too much.
Decent:
Some aspects are lacking compared to the upper tiers, most often power, or has some weakness.
Pillar and Foundation: Isn't as good as the other minion blessings as those have wider influence and some other boosts, usually to minion creation and abilities that help in minion creation.
Dismantle Ego: Extremely powerful special ability, too bad it's equally restrictive in what it can be used on.
Wyrm Hunter: Extremely powerful against dragons and nothing else.
Grand Master: Koryuu 2 with a buff to Void Cutter. The Punch Barrage is alright, not as strong as some of the other high cooldown attacks some other blessings have.
Bad:
Spark of Light: Good connections, but much too dependent on others.
Song of the King: Bullies weaklings.
Evolving Hunter: Activates very infrequently, only once a year, and the target and power gained is random. If a being that is too powerful is selected, it can't be hunted, and if a being that is too weak is selected, it won't give much benefit, so the chances of getting a suitable target and something good from it is very low.
Enchanted Monarch: Dark Sovereign but trash.
Kingmaker: Can get knowledge via the stories and trade with others by selling random wishes, healing, luck, and Ascension. Much too dependent on others and what it can give is not valuable enough to gain a lot from trade compared to higher tier blessings. The wishes spy on the affected; once this information gets out, they will be next to impossible to sell and if anon made the mistake of selling them before, his reputation will drop to rock bottom and the offended parties will hunt him down, so the wishes can pretty much only used on his own subordinates or those with immense trust in him.
Soul Gardener: For protecting people anon cares about, but it doesn't give enough power, so it's ironically bad for that purpose.
Spiral Center: Makes it easier to get power systems... but doesn't increase the capacity for them.
Astral Star: The only thing this is good for is running away while in the Dreamlands.
Unending, Unkillable: Entropistanon is precognitive and gave them shit because he knew that they were redditors.
LMAO:
Peace: So bad it gives a 3 SP refund.
Discipline (tok): Deserved.
