A hot august night, the events still where burned into your mind, not letting you sleep. You decide to get some ice cream from the convinence store, only to spot Kronii. There wasn't even a guess that you lived that close to the embodiment of time, though you'd be the only one to know it after what IRyS had done. The actions, or well, the lack of action from you, perhaps if you've done something Mumei- Theres no point in mulling over it right now. You wave to Kronii as she spots you.

"Hey." She says back, moving to you near the isle. Strutting over confidently as always, it was strange to see her in such casual attire, and even then to not be covered with splats of blood. "Sayyyy dooo youu maaaaybe have like Ten Bucks you could give me? It's kind of hard getting a part time job when all of your bosses get jealous of how good you are!" She says with her usual confident demeanor, a smug smirk setting on her face. That confidence was misplaced, you knew better then anybody at how incompetent he is at normal activities, but that confidence is what makes her so strong.

You nod and say you do. Working as a detective in ***PD doesn't give the greatest pay, but you did get a raise, and spending it a little more frivolously wouldn't hurt your account too much. Kronii on the other hand, looks quite surprised. Maybe she's asked the other council members? Atleast the ones that... Stayed on earth. You wonder if Sana is doing alright, the news about Mumei did hit her quite hard. "Thanks man!" She says moving to antoher Isle, there was always that reckless side of hers in full view, simply walking over and doing something. You could spot that scar as she turned the corner as well, she tried covering it with a jacket, but it was much too big. You spot her over at the cashier with a bunch of snacks and some cup noodles. You can't help but to smile.

she whispers to you.

"Meet me behind this store in five minutes." She says, slowly moving out of the store. Did she find some clue? Maybe a lead on where IRyS is, or even if Ame found anything? The two are more connected then twins at times, it wouldn't be too far fetched.

You take out your ice cream, nibbling on it a little and moving behind. Kronii was sat upon a dumpster, eating a small bag of chips. "There you are." She'd say, looking quite bored, rolling her eyes, even though you where three minutes early. But her demeanor changes quite quickly. You believe she may have found something of importance.

"Fauna..." She says, pausing for a few moments. "... She found a full-time job... Before I could even find a part-time, and the other roomates in our flat keep making jokes about it!" She says, puffing up her cheeks a little, they turned a slight shade of red even in this shadowy space, she angrily shoved the chips in her mouth as if to compensate for the embarrasment she felt. Especially by saying this to someone like you. A worthless person who couldn't even help out a friend in need, after all, if you simply where there with Mumei, you could've stopped her from doing that to Kronii. But, Kronii can't rewind time, you can't go back there right now.

You ask her why she's telling you this, already having the suspicion that she might ask you for he-

"I need you to help me with my resume!" You guessed it perfectly, even the Warden of Time can be predictable at times huh?

You agree, telling her that it wouldn't be that easy when she has zero non-made up records in this city. Falsified Identification was the only real way to let them be around here without arousing suspicion from the goverment, would be a pain if they sent Roboco again to take care of this mess. And Suprisingly, Kronii looked still as confident as ever, pulling something out from her jacket. "This... Is a middleschool diploma!" She says, flaunting it in the air, perhaps the reason why you where rejected is due to only having that, rather then being better then them. Saying that would only hurt her feelings though, so you remain silent.

"What? Is this not enough? I didn't want to get the Highschool diploma because grabbing High-end things would make seem suspicious, wouldn't it?" She says, crossing her arms in confidance again. You realize at this point she really didn't know how the school system worked. And explaining it... Would be hassle in in of itself. You tell her to go and get the Highschool Diploma, it'll help her quite a bit.

"FFFFFFFine, don't be surprised if you see me as a CEO of some company in like a week though, got that?!" She tells you, huffing out and getting down from the dumpster, grabbing the bag of snacks she had. You wish her luck, she looks over her shoulder and smiles at you, giving a thumbs up. This all felt quite strange, not even a month ago, you where conspiring with Calliope and the others on a way to combat her, and now she just asked you advice to find work...
