Workscope, price, and other details must be agreed upon before I start. Be specific when answering my questions, and don't be afraid to make any changes.

Payment is cash through Paypal only, or URLs.

Asking for updates is limited to 3x/day. Otherwise, I provide updates at my own discretion.

I apologize if there are delays, I really can't do much about it. If you want to, you may request to cancel but I'm unfortunately unable to give out refunds.

One major revision is allowed in sketch. After lineart, only minor revisions are allowed. Excessive revisions may require added charges and delay progress.

Do not:

• Claim the artwork(s) as yours.
• Avoid crediting (handle/link).
• Edit or modify the artwork(s) without prior permission from me.
• Use my art for AI and/or machine learning (ML) training, tools, platforms, and/or programs, NFT, blockchain, or other for-profit platforms/purposes.
• Issue chargebacks.

Artworks, at default, are exclusively personal use* to you. Commercial use** is an additional 100% from (or 2x) the base price

• *Personal use includes social media display (i.e. profile pictures, banners, posts, prints in personal spaces, website and/or channel design display, but excluding the use in the channel's content)
• ** Commercial use includes use in monetized instances (i.e. streams, videos, etc., or selling the artwork(s) apart of a product or platform to another party).

Payment is strictly upfront. This must be made within 72 hours. No physical goods will be delivered.

Prices may vary based on complexity, requirements, and/or added requests.

Sensitive information is not to be disclosed without prior permission from the owner of the information.

You are responsible for compensating me against claims, losses, damages, and expenses related to the artwork(s)'s use by you, you breaching the TOS, or third-party claims. If your rights are violated or the artwork is not delivered as agreed, I will work to remedy the situation.
