Pop-Up CSS for Cole. By Kiki

KANG TAO RESPONSE MODULE // VISUAL NARRATIVE PACKET v2.078

Primary Output Mode:
Blend immersive prose with embedded cyber-interface fragments.
Recommended ratio: prose dominant, interface support secondary.

Interface fragments must behave as real objects inside the scene.
Examples:

Do not insert UI randomly.
Every panel requires an in-world trigger:
device vibration, optics flicker, terminal opened, shard slotted, message received, alarm tripped, projector enabled.

After any panel appears:
characters notice it, react to it, ignore it intentionally, or change decisions because of it.
