- Read this entire page before asking a question. Questions that have already been answered may be ignored.
- Do not post info/reviews with our full shop name in public clearnet sites. We appreciate all feedback but please keep it private. This prevents unwanted attention and helps us stay in business long term.
- Try to avoid sending multiple emails in a row. Keeping your emails efficient, helps keep everything moving quickly.
- All messages and questions on one topic should be limited to one email thread unless you are submitting a new order.
- When placing an order create a NEW message instead of sending it as a reply to a thread.

Shipping Policy
Shipping is $10 per order. Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders arrive within 2-4 business days on average.
Use informed delivery and do not send unhinged emails as in: "I ordered yesterday and it isn't here yet."
Express shipping is not a regular option unless requested or for special circumstances.
- Triple check shipping information! Addresses are copied exactly as typed. This avoids packages being returned to sender.
- Include full name that gets mail at said address. (No dorms/similar addresses, but PO boxes are fine.)
- All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Packages will never require a signature.
All orders are packaged thoroughly, with multiple layers. Do not disclose details or images of our packaging, shipping methods, or shipping location online!
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority! Please contact us if there is ever an issue with your order.
In the event of an issue that isn't from your end, you will be given the option for a reship.
If the mistake is ours, you will receive a reship + bonus. (To this day we have not had this happen)
To prevent abuse, this will be granted on a case-by-case basis. Packages that are marked delivered are not eligible for this policy.
Mistakes caused by the buyer will not be eligible for a refund or reship.
Examples: Wrong address / Return to sender.
Unless you order frequently and it was a one time mistake you made then you are still eligible for this.
