1. Introduction:

• AIESEC Alumni Association, the prime, decentralized and global-wide, AIESEC lifelong connection environ for business-focused alumni and trusted affiliated associates leading in innovations, sharing knowledge, resources and ideas for entrepreneurship value growth, investing and progressive economic and social impact. Serviced by A.Life initiative.
• AAA Discord Platform is designed for communication between alumni from different countries, regions on a variety of matters and tasks. The platform provides communication flexibility for users with appropriate structured support, decentralised development and moderation.

2. Features and advantages:

• Multi-channel, multi-language, inner-, inter-country and global on the same space,
• Deep structure for discussions: platform/server - category - channel - post (unique message or thread, messages with comments),
• Desktop, mobile and web (browser) platform formats;
• Flexible for participants and for moderators, combine discussion boards with announcement panels,
• Optimally mixes features of messengers, social networks and bulletin boards; combines text and voice formats,
• Not separated from the outer world, being in the same space next to other external servers/platforms,
• Well suited for large diverse, widespread international communities,
• Optimal for Web3 strategy development, activity-oriented, openweb and open-source projects, assuming involvement of community members,
• Scalable; supports development, growth and ramification of the community; mature, highly developed projects can be transferred to particular servers.

3. Profile representation

After logging in to the platform/server, please be sure to change your group profile representation (Edit Server Name) to the format:

• Name Surname, or
• Name Surname (Country), or
• Name Surname (City).

4. Roles:

AAA grows based on the principles of open architecture. We invite everyone to get involved in the formation and development of a network of alumni and associates, assuming one of the following typical roles.

1) Country/Area moderators:
Moderators of country/area channels.
2) General moderators:
Moderators of theme/topical global channels.
3) Ambassadors:
Cross-topic supporters on specific matters working globally or in specific areas.
4) Scouts:
International assistants who help the community grow by finding and engaging projects, external or internal, for integration with AAA platform.
5) Integrators:
Key moderators of channels of own/controlled "Projects and Platforms" being or to be integrated or partnered with the community (AAA platform).

These standard roles are suppositive. Factual roles may vary depending on the tasks being solved. The participant can combine and mix parts of different standard roles.

Proposals and discussions on the Roles are led in "select-roles" channel.

5. Structure (open categories and channels):

> NEWS AND PAPERS (general news, guidelines, admin's announcements; language: English):

-- roles-n-proposals: moderated tool searching for active participants on different roles and tasks (engagements) to assist in development of the platform. See also chapter "4. Roles" of the Paper.

> GLOBAL COMMUNICATION (channels for worldwide communications on different topics; language: English only):

-- general-sandbox: general chat (sandbox) on a vast variety of topics;
-- global-business: business and economis topics;
-- global-finance: finance, investments, project, business and start-up financing, stock markets, forex, etc.;
-- global-career: vacancies, job searchs, career and HR topics, talent development, etc.;
-- global-crypto: cryptocurrecies, tokens, web3, blockchain, digital investments, crowdinvesting, etc.;
-- global-adventures: journeys, country visits, adventures, holidays, quests, picknicks, trips, parties, etc.;
-- global-marketing: discussion, requests and proposals in marketing area.

> COUNTRIES (countries' general chats/sandboxes; languages are defined by country moderators, by default, official languages of the countries plus English for international communications).

Now country channels are open for: Armenia, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Cote-d'Ivoire, Germany, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Russia, Spain, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vietnam). New country channels will be open on requests.
